“June 11th we had my grandfather's wake at a nearby funeral home. We had placed an order from Teleflora and were guaranteed delivery on this day. However, I was shocked when I got to the funeral home and realized no flowers had arrived. I quickly called Teleflora and the representative told me no local florist could fulfill my order. I was devastated and fuming at this point. Teleflora never contacted me to tell me the order was not going to be delivered and left us powerless on such a sensitive day. I googled nearby florists and called Royer's Flowers on 5th street, Reading. The lady on the phone was very friendly and understanding. She accepted my last-minute order and got things rolling for our family. Flowers were delivered about 30-45 mins after I had called her as she had promised me. I could not believe how fast the flowers were delivered and how beautiful they looked. Royer's flowers saved the day.
