Denise trump is the manager here is and is running this place into the ground. I came in to make a withdraw was first in line and spent and hour waiting for Denise get an approval. I came back in the next day for a letter she had promised me the day before I comeIn and she says Im so sorry I completely forgot about you! She says come back first thing in the morning. I come back first thing in the morning and now she can’t provide a letter saying I’m the owner of my account. Had me wait for another hour. Avoid this branch at all costs

Completely dissatisfied with the costumer service of this specific location. I’ve been a member with Fulton for almost a decade and have always been happy with my service until forced to go to a new location due to the one closest to me closing. After trying to close out a credit card 6 months ago I continue to get bills set to my house for an annual fee on a card that was supposed to be closed out. To make matters worse the bank manager who I had a sit down meeting with told me she was going to take care of it for me when she really didn’t. (I believe her name is Cindy or something of that nature) after meeting with her in person I called because I was supposed to receive money back because it was a secured card. I had spoke with her on the phone 2-3 times since this. After finally calling to cancel the card myself my card member service explained that the bank isn’t able to cancel the card at all and that the only way I could of canceled would of been to call card member services. You’d think the bank manager would of know this but instead of passing this information onto me she wasted my time and gave me unnecessary amounts of aggravation between going to the bank in person and then waiting on hold multiple times to speak with someone at the bank. To end this I’d like to say that business is all about relationships and after almost a decade of having a relationship with this bank I’ll be closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere.

If only I could give them a negative star, it would truly be appropriate. They are rude karens. I went today, and they didn’t acknowledge me for 10 minutes. Then five people peeked out window while I was in drive through, and one lady finally said what do you need. I said I wanted to pay my sewer bill, and I sent it over. She then 5 minutes later sent it back to me. She gave me a dirty look, and walked away. Didn’t say a word to me. Mind you they were not busy at all. They really need better management, and customer service skills. This is the worst bank experience I’ve ever had. I walked away feeling dirty, and used.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Called to see if funds where in an account, which I have the account information on the check and Hunter told me he couldn’t give me that information, unless I could get the owners consent. All I wanted to know, is if it was ok to deposit in my bank account without me having to pay costs if the check didn’t clear! Also waited on the phone for 27 minutes before I got to talk with Hunter. Just ridiculous!

Years ago they had older women working there and they were great. They lnew everyone and were great at customer service. It seemed like over night all those women were gone and replaced by young people that change every week. No familiarity you are just a customer now. Still have to wonder why all those women were replaced?

Every experience with fulton has been horrible due to their customer service. They don’t say hello at the drive thru’s so you never know if you are being helped. Just had a recent experience at the drive thru and it was very poor customer service. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. Only go here to pay a bill otherwise would totally avoid all fultons. All my accounts are with wells fargo, which has excellent customer service and way more organized!!

Horrible!!! I waited over 10 minutes in line just now, mind you I was the only customer in the lobby . I was not ACKNOWLEDGED BY ANYONE. The one worker kept looking at me and making eye contact but spoke not one word. When I was eventually called up to the booth, to add the icing on the cake, the teller - who works at a bank of course- didn’t even know how to give the correct change! How funny is that. Unbelievable and unremarkable experience . Pun intended .

There are very few times I write negative reviews, but Fulton pushed me over the edge. I'm not speaking about all branches. I'm specifically reviewing the branch on Shillington road. Let me start by saying that I'm all for social distancing to fight Covid. I also,understand that because of the Pandemic certain services are not available. Any good business would concentrate on delivering excellent service on the things they can control. The drive through is absolutely terrible. Service is slow and because the service is slow the cars back up. Based on the parking situation the lines cause huge traffic issues. I waited today for 32 minutes today and there were 9 cars in line. Also, only one lane was open. I'm sorry, but my time is valuable just like everyone else. They are either under staffed ,under trained or both ! Very Poor Customer Service! In addition, don't count on Fulton to help you if you need financial assistance. They talk a good game, but their results do not live up to their hype. Without going into detail I needed some help with the Covid crisis. How much did I get ?? Nothing! Bad customer service and absolutely no compassion!!!

Do not go unless you enjoy waiting 35 minutes to make a transaction. Worst banking experience I have ever had. To top it off the employees were rude! Absolutely terrible business.

These people are literally the worst. Any by these people, I am referring to the people who work at the Fulton branch on Shillington road. I have had too many encountered that have demonstrated their utter incompetence. It even went so far as them not allowing me to cash a check (mind you I have both a checking account and a mortgage with them) written out to cash unless the person who wrote the check was with me with ID. This is absurd and unforgivable. I will NEVER do business with this branch again.
