Customer Service requires employees to go above and beyond. I've never had issues paying for my mother's taxes at this branch However, today I was highly disappointed with a teller giving my mother and me the run around. The next time I'll ask my sister to see that the bill is paid since she's a manager at this company. There is s so much more to this.

Go to get a money order taken out in the drive thru….. 20 minutes later no money order and car in other lane, that arrived 10 minutes after me, completes transaction before I can start mine.

I hate this bank. Every interaction I have had with them in the last 10 years has been a nightmare. I had to use them bc of my employer. I will never willingly use them. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been incompetent. They are poorly trained in knowledge and customer service. They use to be a great bank, but not anymore.

I'm always greeted with a friendly face when I do business inside. And the tellers are always very friendly and see me in a timely manner at the drive through.

I went to pay my taxes and asked for 5 ones for a five dollar bill. The teller asked if I had a account. My response was no and she said she couldn't do it.... Really a 5 dollar bill for 5 ones. Will never open an account with with Fulton

Worst possible experience I ever had at a bank. My situation is a long story so I won't get into it but a Fulton Bank branch really mixed up my business account and I went into the Van Reed Branch to straighten it out. Anna Leonardis, the branch consultant, immediately tried to "pass the buck" to another branch because she didn't feel like dealing with it.It was all down hill from there. If you deal with Fulton Bank then do yourself a favor and never deal with this representative. You have been warned. Oh and this is the first time that I have ever complained online about anyone.
