The release the Blooming Waters and Prismatic Evoultion tins was handled terribly. There was a long line as expected, and the employee who came out said “most locations are doing a limit of 1 per person. But I’m gonna do 2 per person”. Most people thought that they were going to limit it to 2 per transaction so that most people would get a chance to get something. Instead the first couple people walk out with 6 items. Only about 6 people walked out with stuff with a line of 30. They easily could’ve limited it to 1 a person and most people would’ve gotten something. It’s unfair to the busy parents who waited for their kids for an hour plus to get nothing cause the employee doesn’t wanna follow most locations policy. Overall very sad experience, hope they do better.

The stores been locked since 5:30PM, it's now almost 6:30.. On a Saturday!
Imagine just taking a nice long hoir plus break on a weekend during rush hour..
I've watched at least 20 customers try the door and leave. Even USPS showed up with deliveries and left because nobody in here.
Absolute joke.

Josh was extremely helpful and professional. He answered all of our questions to the fullest extent and even gave us information on other items coming into stock soon. He was also very personable and made us feel very welcome in the store. Thank you Josh! We highly recommend this store because of him.

I went in to buy a couple games I saw on the website but was unaware that the price you see online is different than the store price, like $20-30 difference, Only took about 2-3 questions before he lost his patience with me and started to get short, loud and rude to me. It took everything out of me to not match his energy. Never had a problem with this store but this guy and everything else going on in the world are the reasons why I hate going to stores??♂️

The worst store is when you buy a new console and you put the warranty on it when you take it in due to problems. They try to give you something used because they want it's not worth the effort to buy guarantees, there is much better, it's BEST BUY THEY ARE THE BEST IN TERMS OF WARRANTY AND SERVICE GAMESTOP IS VASURA

Came here after going to Best Buy to possibly buy a Nintendo Switch for my son's Christmas gift. I've been on the fence for a while trying to decide if this gift would be a good choice. As soon as I walked in Joel at the counter asked if I needed help or had questions. He walked me back to the display and explained the differences of the consoles and the different themes. He was very personable and made me feel like I was the only person in the store. I ended up purchasing the Switch and got a much better deal.
