I have used Royer Flowers numerous times in the past. Each time the flowers were quite acceptable, except the last time. After giving a review of 2 because the yellow and white roses in a 2 dozen order did not open after 10 days, I was contacted by Royer’s. They sent out a replacement order. This batch opened and made quite a beautiful bouquet of roses for my wife’s birthday. Happy wife, Happy life!

I hate getting produce from here. I went today and i ended up taking home moldy strawberries. When i was there i saw all types of mold on the sweet peppers, blueberries, raspberries etc. This store does not care about the quality they are putting out.

How this store has any good reviews is beyond me. The quality of their store brand items is lacking. Their Giant Direct online ordering service is a joke. The last few times we’ve used it, we’ve had to wait between 30 mins to 1.5 hours! If you order for a certain pickup time, there’s no excuse why a grocery order can’t be ready by then. They either need to shut down their online ordering services or seriously revamp their operations and staffing. I won’t be shopping here anymore.

This particular giant the one that is in Wyomissing near Austin's restaurant is open till 11:00 and actually has shelves with food on it. Unlike exeter's giant which is horrible, closes early and never has anything. I swear if you go there you're going there just for exercise to walk around. My only gripe with that store and other stores like it. Why wouldn't they have a set time? All stores open and close that are in a given area and then why can't the aisles be laid out as close to the same as possible depending on square footage but I bet they're pretty similar. Why does every store seem just have their own idea on where items should go and what aisles they should go in. They don't even put frozen food and milk in the same part of the store that's always moved around depending on what giant you are in. Absurd, it would only make sense to have stuff in the same spot as they are in every other store with that name. One ,shoppers that are going there to think that they're right by a giant, they're just going to run in quick and grab this one or two items that they need quickly on the way home. It's not their typical store but it's the closest one. No good luck with that.. What about workers that are filling in for whatever reason now they don't know where stuff is because it's not the same aisle. I don't know if the delivery people are the same people doing a set radius of stores but why not have that all as close to the same as possible to get them in and out. Or a blind person? They better hope that seeing eye dog is able to recognize particular items.

It would be a miracle if the teenage girls in the service area thought the customer was more important than talking to their friends in the hallway or at the counter. I asked about an item I knew was stocked in the store and the girl called someone instead of looking it up because it would be rude to quit talking to your girl friends instead of doing your job. She picked up the phone a few minutes later and told me they didn’t have any but I don’t think she talked to anyone, almost break time, I think. I took a few minutes and found over 100 cans in 2 sizes for the canned pumpkin I was looking for. I am a trainer for Amazon and it isn’t much different there some days. This is only my third review I have written so I am not a serial reviewer. Just unhappy that I though Giant would be better, guess not.

Common items that I use are often OOS. Prices seem higher than other places. The broccoli is usually not fresh and has brown ends. Easy to find things and the selection of groceries is good

Very nice giant with helpful staff. This Giant has a Starbuck when you first walk in and Chinese Restaurant in the back which is excellent and has great specials. We've ordered from this bakery multiple times and they have been delicious. I've also done Giant Pick Up and Flashfood at this Giant and it has always gone very smoothly and I would recommend for others to use to make life easier and help save money!

Giant sucks. They used to be the place to shop. Gluten free is non existent and the shelves are usually empty or filled with 1product to make it look full yet you can buy booze. All of those shelves are full. I'm heading to Weis market instead or Wegmans

Stopped to grab some flowers. They always have a great selection of fresh cut flowers and window sill plants.
