Lousy customer service. Goodwill now will ask you every time to round up your total and their cashiers are tracked and measured on how often they can get customers to round up. The prices for items given to them for free are insulting. Truly the worst is walking up to check out to find out they emptied registers before their closing time and won't take a credit card payment. I'm done with this circus.

Es un lugar donde la gente pobre puede comprar a buenos precios ,tiene un personal muy amable Pero,lo que más me gustó fue la diversidad de empleados donde tienen una política clara de inclusión poder ver personas con discapacidad trabajando fue para mi una gran emoción.Dios bendiga todos estos lugares.realmente son una bendición.

This goodwill use to be a nice goodwill and one of the better ones in the area now it’s staffed by incompetent associates and half of there items are not priced anymore they even had a sing that said media for 2.99 that included movies books video games and cds and that they are not priced took up a video game and they refused to sell it to me even after I said there sing said it that was hanging up in the store over those items

Went to buy a xbox 360 game which had no tag so they “couldn’t sell it” but there’s a sign that clearly says “media no tags, movies, GAMES”. Cashiers had no idea what a xbox 360 game was and referred to it as a “movie”. Should have took the sign down and showed them where it says no tags on movies. Educated your staff and don’t put up false informational signs. Do better Goodwill.

Very upset that I was charged sales tax . Item is not considered taxable. I even questioned the cashier about it. And she just said things are weird here. Never going back there again.

A good thrift store can be very hard to find but this Goodwill location seems to be one of the good ones. The store is cleaning well organized. There are more sections than I would normally expect in a thrift store including a dedicated small section for hospital scrubs - or a small section for maternity clothing exclusively. I believe that each day of the week they pick one color of price tag to be discounted. Today's color was blue and I bought three pair of cargo shorts - each of them with the blue tag - for a total of $11. The pricing was good to begin with but then saving an extra 50% is great. I'll definitely be returning to this Goodwill thrift store.
