Very upset that I was charged sales tax . Item is not considered taxable. I even questioned the cashier about it. And she just said things are weird here. Never going back there again.

A good thrift store can be very hard to find but this Goodwill location seems to be one of the good ones. The store is cleaning well organized. There are more sections than I would normally expect in a thrift store including a dedicated small section for hospital scrubs - or a small section for maternity clothing exclusively. I believe that each day of the week they pick one color of price tag to be discounted. Today's color was blue and I bought three pair of cargo shorts - each of them with the blue tag - for a total of $11. The pricing was good to begin with but then saving an extra 50% is great. I'll definitely be returning to this Goodwill thrift store.

I went back to this store tonight to get a refunded for store credit. The lady did not help me so I offered the radio as a donation. After spending my blood money on Sat of $7.99 for the radio, I’m a donor. The lady took my recipe then later told me she would cut the wires n trow the radio away. Very unsatisfied customer will never come back again.

I used to have my employees and I do charity work for goodwill for so many years but since the prices are so expensive for elderly and people in fixed income, not able to afford to buy anything from the store. I realize this organization is just making the owner rich instead. These stuff are donated from people and now it’s so selfish to make profit for clothes and stuff are free donations

Please get a Goodwill "loyality" card. It makes an enormous difference in your shopping experience. Goodwill has color coded pricing (the weekly "color" is 50% off) so it is a good idea to shop when you will have the widest variety (Wednesdays), and the cheapest prices ($2 Tuesdays for large sale items.) Seniors also get 15% off everything on Mondays. This particular Goodwill has a wide variety of clothing, books, CDs, DVDs, framed pictures, glassware, etc. The staff is friendly and they work hard to keep things orderly and clean. Prices for items which are not on sale are reasonable, but not always inexpensive. On the plus side, besides sales items, you can sometimes find something which is unexpected and amazing.

Goodwill is seriously out of control these days. The prices are high, the employees are rude, and now if an item doesn’t have a tag they won’t sell it to you. Do they actually want to make money? Do they realize that you can go to Walmart, Target, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, etc and get NEW clearance items cheaper? My favorite is when something is new with tags and the price was actually less at the original retailer than at Goodwill. Always gives me a chuckle. Or when something is BROKEN, ripped, stained, etc. and they still want you to pay an arm and a leg for it. Recently I went to this location and attempted to purchase a hard goods item with a tipped tag. You could still see the price, the color on the tag, but the top half with the bar code was missing. They wouldn’t sell it to me. YOU ARE PUTTING STICKERS ON MERCHANDISE! What do you think is going to happen? The stickers are going to get ripped. It’s one thing if something doesn’t have a tag at all - call a manager, get a price for it, and then sell it to the customer if they are agreeable on the price. But if you can still see the price on the tag? We seriously aren’t selling those items because the sticker is partially ripped? Makes zero sense. The reason I shop here is to try to help the environment and reduce waste. It’s really upsetting to see Goodwill jacking up their prices and not selling merchandise to customers. Because A - they got it for FREE and B - it’s just going to end up in the landfill!

I really did like this thrift store!! It was a pretty big size with a lot of different items to choose from!! And I truly adored one of the women that was working the cash register!! She was so very pleasant, polite, and extremely helpful!! I definitely would recommend going here if you enjoy going thrift store shopping!!??

I shop at goodwill almost daily. I have seen staff come in and out. There's new management right now. I found a portable heater in the store marked 1.99$ I took it to the counter to pay and the girl took it from me saying it's priced wrong. I said ok what's the price. She said I must take it in the back. So she takes it in the back when another employee who I have seen a lot comes out holding the heater saying you can't purchase this. It must go back to be reprocessed because it has wrong price on it. It will go back out on the floor in 24 hours. This isour new policy. I left very irriated. I called them in the parking lot to see if they would put my name on it. They would not. It's against policy. So the next day I go in at 9 am when they open and look for the heater. It's not there. I ask the new manager Lori. She has no idea. She looks in back and says she doesn't see it. So I wait around. And wait. Then I ask again about Hour later. She tells me they put that out last nite and it sold. So in other words they didn't follow policy because it came back on floor in 12 hours. How unfair is that. And the manager had absolutely no sympathy could've cared less. The whole store needs a makeover. Without Ryan their lost. Customer service skills are desperately needed. And their policies don't make sense and they don't follow them. Aggravated
