It's priced extremely well. You can get 5 gallons for a dollar. The only drawback is it can be extremely busy at times. I've never had any issues with dispensers, having problems or limited or lack of water. I gave it four stars due to I go at all times 3:00 in the morning or 3:00 in the afternoon at times and I've never seen anybody there cleaning anything. I assume they do but I just never seen it

It is so much better then buying a $2 bottle of spring water. Worth .25 a gallon or even $1 for 5 gallon. Tastes good to me!

We used to have Great oak back in the '80s and at the time they used to deliver and then they got bought out but now they do it local and at a major bargain. And tastes good also.

We always get our water here. Get there early to avoid the crowd.

Overall an effective way to refill your bottles at low cost. A minor annoyance occurred on this visit, one of the dispensers did not work in the two bottle areas. But other than that, it’s a great place to refill your water quickly. They do not accept credit cards. So be sure to bring one dollar bills.

I usually go to the water fill in hamburg but I was out this way. The parking lot is dangerous because if you don't back in you're backing out onto a busy highway. Don't let me forget to mention there was a line with 4 or 5 people just waiting to fill their containers, mostly everyone having 5 gallon jugs. I will avoid this place in the future.

Had difficulty finding it in the dark bc GPS map showed it on the side street (Cleveland Street) when it's actual location is on 61. The station is directly off 61, not Cleveland Street.

Water and Price is GREAT ~ BUT ~ their cash machines give problems both at Exeter and Wernersville locations.

Really love the water always tastes so clean and pure. Unfortunately today I had a bad experience and will not be returning. Was busy and while waiting in line witnessed someone with their fingers in their mouth take them out and touch the nozzle that dispenses the water. While this is not the company’s fault it is still extremely gross. Wish there was someway to prevent people from touching the nozzle or a way to sanitize it. Until then I won’t be back.

I appreciate this water company. Wish I could work for them. They always pick up the phone during the business hours during which I have called them to let them know a machine is empty or that I ( rarely) lost money in a machine. They send a useable coupon right away to replace any lost money. Since I live fairly close to the office of this company, I received their water coupons quickly...I have been using their machines for about four years. They service their equipment faithfully and water dispensed is the correct amount. ( There is another self- serve company whose machine I stopped using, because they charge more, and the water purchased cuts off the flow too soon, causing you to get less than the gallon you paid for.). That has never happened to me with Great Oak machines. I have used five of their dispenser locations. Thank you for being a good company, Great Oak. Mrs bl

Very simple self serve spring water kiosk. It's open around the clock so you can go at anytime that's convenient for you. The prices are extremely low, but the kiosk only takes dollars or coins. That aside very great spot to refill water jugs!

Very good quality water. Delicious tasting. They are able to provide the water quality report as well as the proof that the taps are clean. This is the only place we go for water. Drink local!
