The woman help me understand, Uber rideshare, and how to deduct my deductions to get the most out of my taxes and her wonderful kindness. Did it for free how many people do that I would not mention her name so she did not get into trouble, but the world needs more people like her, so I gave her five stars she deserves six I am 69 going on 79 won’t quit till I drop

I've had 2 tax people there in all my years attending h and r block and I always get great results. The people care about my return and always answer any questions I have and help explain them so I understand fully. Very easy to reschedule if need be, nice people.

They robbed us! Not even a $1000 refund yet we were charged $300 for services. ??? To fill in the blanks on a computer screen. It's bad enough our Government is robbing us. I guess HRBLOCK Thought they'd get in on the action. Never again!

Fastest, easiest, best tax service! Funny, kind staff. Super professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I was done in less than 1 hour total. I love H&R block and will not go anywhere else again. Thank you Lisa for being awesome!

I just called because I was wanting to file with H&R Block for the first time. An associate answered and I was trying to explain my situation. She would not let me finish and was being completely rude cutting me off and not listening to what I was trying to say.I call over to the next H&R Block and the lady was kind and answered my question immediately and was so helpful. But this lady put such a bad taste in my mouth I won’t be filing with them. Obviously they don’t care.

H&R Block in Exeter, PA. Super friendly staff, and very efficient tax preparation. Gloria Malmquist did a fantastic job with helping prepare my returns. This is 2 years in a row she efficiently helped me, and I’ll go back again next year.
