Iron Horse Hobby House is a well-stocked store with literally everything for all sorts of hobbying, including model railroads and RC cars. The store is very clean and organized, with a great selection and plenty of what you're looking for, including some harder to find stuff. It has aisle on aisle of trains and a nice RC collection. Prices are average to better. The staff is consistently described as great, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They are always right on the button with answers and guidance, providing the best feedback. They are honest and will teach you, not just sell you things you do not need. They offer excellent service and do not rush you around closing time. Customers report awesome experiences where staff helped fix problems and provided custom service. The only cons noted are reduced days and hours, and that city parking is totally app-driven. The store itself has no control over the parking issue. It is considered the best hobby shop in the area, better than the rest, with many customers willing to drive extra time to visit. It receives the highest recommendation.

I had called the store and asked a question about HO passenger car lighting and told me to bring in the car and they helped me fix my problem. I had trouble with this for years and it was a simple fix. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll stocked store with everything you’ll need.
