All I’m going to say is if I can give this place 0 stars I would , I’ve been dealing with problems ever since I got the car ITS ONLY BEEN 2 WEEKS AND THIS IS ABOUT TO BE THE SECOND TIME ITS IN THE SHOP WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU?? The day after I purchased the vehicle I checked the oil come to find out there is a whole oil leak , this is so absurd. They towed my vehicle gave it to me the same day but the principal is I bought a car for it to sit in a garage and for me not even to use it .the only reason I purchased this vehicle was because I really needed it due to me having a baby . Yesterday I’m driving my son to a newborn appointment check up and the transmission starts to jump and it wasn’t changing gears , A BRAND NEW CAR that I literally signed my life away for this to happen . DONT BUY HERE

THE BEST CAR EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, we were there for 1hr everything went smoothly with ZERO ISSUES!! My husband, kids and I love our car and couldn't be more happy? SHOUTOUT TO LORENZO !!! BEST CAR SALESMAN EVER !!!!

Folks stay clear of this place. I purchased a car from them and it was the biggest piece of junk you could imagine. After a few weeks of having it the car had to keep going in the garage and they said they fixed the problem well I’d get it back and it would still have something wrong. The only part of this place Id give 5 stars is the sales people. The other departments they treat you like you’re the scum of the earth. You can go somewhere else get a better car for half the price and probably won’t have any problems. You will definitely get better customer service somewhere else. They lost my business and I won’t refer anyone to go to this place.

Dave is the best he's very knowledgeable and courteous and cares about his customer I'm not sure the name of the guy the mechanic that worked on my car but he seemed pretty friendly too and he knows what he's doing the reason you didn't get five stars as before us before I could get home the check engine light popped on so we'll see how you deal with that when I call you tomorrow

I read some negative reviews online but still gave them a chance and man, I gotta say I was very impressed and pleased that I did! They were courteous, fast and made things happen and I was able to drive off the lot with only $750 down! The terms are respectable and managable so for anyone who is responsible, hard working and has good money management skills I recommend you shop @JDByrider. Shoutout to my guys Lorenzo (Byrider) Micheal (CNAC) and a big thank you to everyone who helped during my time there!

From sales to service, I have to say it's been a pleasure doing business here. I needed a car in a pinch, and I got a Jeep. And the warranty covers the major repairs, so I can drive worry free.

All the experience I’ve had with them so far has been great. Just had my car in there today for a $10 oil change. It’s a good place so far with my experience the young lady that checked me out today she was super nice and very friendly if anybody’s looking for a car that has no credit I recommend you going there it’s not a bad place they really do try to work with you

My experience with them has been awful. I was excited to get approved for a car a year ago. Then the day after I bought the car, the check engine light came on. It has now been a year and the car has been in the shop at least 10 times. They say they fixed it, I get the car back from the garage and within 2 days, the light is back on. One of their service writers told me to out black tape over the light. What the hell is that about. They do not stand by what they sell. I do not recommend them at all. You will regret it.

What a seamless and amazing experience. Paul was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Everything he said he would do, he did. This was the most painless and seemless car buying experience I could have asked for. I recommend JD Byrider but even further, Paul at the Reading location. In under 3 hours, I was approved and drove off in my new car. Thank you, Paul!!! You were amazing

First, let me start off by saying that if you are thinking of purchasing from JD Byrider, do not. Do yourself a huge favor and take your business elsewhere to save yourself the grief and the headaches & strife.I will say that the gentleman who I worked with was wonderful, so it’s absolutely nothing against him.However, I find it incredibly hard to believe that they were not aware of the fact that the vehicle sold to me was not absolutely riddled with issues. I purchased it in October and by December my transmission completely blew, leaving me stranded on the side of a highway (first time). THAT incident took a month to repair. Shortly after that I learned that the traction control system was messed up, one of the three catalytic converters was bad, the AC did not work, and currently it’s been towed to their service department for the second time (again after leaving me stranded on the side of a highway).Had their service department done an actual & thorough inspection PRIOR to placing the car on the lot to be sold, these things could have been avoided, however it was blatantly obvious that they did not do this therefore placing a literal death trap on the road.And should you wish to get into contact with their service department, best of luck! You’ll be met with having to leave several voicemails and when they do answer or contact you back, appointments are usually very far out from the drop off date.I mean, I guess I understand that business must be absolutely booming for them considering they screw everyone over so often that the last tow truck driver told us that he tows at LEAST five vehicles there per WEEK.

They don’t know about cars! They will just sell you whatever they have and say whatever to get you going. It’s a place to get a car if you don’t have good credit or money down but be knowledgeable about cars or bring someone with because they will try to sell you junk.On top of that this car with clearly no oil they keep trying to tell me the oil is “just clear oil” even though the dip stick was as hot as the sun and the sensors said there was no oil. They said in their words “it because the dash wasn’t reset and the oil is clear” takes 2 seconds and look or admit they are wrong but nah “clear oil” they say. Also the owner told me that the cars are sitting on an angle with would affect you seeing the oil but he’s wrong again and won’t admit it. If your car is parked on an angle and you check the dip stick and see nothing that also means it’s too low in oil but they don’t know that nor with they admit to being wrong.Check your cars before buying and look at the basics. Btw this was all from the owner of the Byrider. So that should explain the service you’ll get.

I personally don't have the car that me and my boyfriend were paying for through this place. But I wanted to give everyone some advice. If your looking into getting a car don't go to this place. From the first day we got the car there was problems. My boyfriend test drove the car and everything seemed fine. After leaving this place we had went to a family members house to show off the car. Everything seemed fine when we got there but when we went to leave found out that the keyfob was no longer linked to the car so we couldn't unlock the door. And the "key" that was in the fob didn't even unlock it. We didn't know that the keyfob we got wasn't the original to the car. It was bought off of Amazon. Damn car locked us out for over two hours we had to pay for a tow truck guy to get the door open. The next day come to find out the damn check engine light came on and it keeped desplaying check gas cap everytime we started the car. My man has a check engine light scanner so he checked it and it came up evap leak. So we took it in and all they did was changed the gas cap and manually cleared the codes just so it to come back on the next day. Also had to meet up with one of there locksmith guys just to get the keys that actually worked for the car. The good thing was that we didn't have to pay out of pocket for that. Also whenever the payment for the car came out was around the time that our other bills were do so we would call to try and extend the payment by one week they literally pitched a fit saying they don't do that. Also there was just one time that our insurance expired and some lady called telling us that if we didn't put insurance back on the car they can repo. Okay I understand that insurance is important but I don't think that should have been something they should have contacted us about. Her words was it's policy that we need to have insurance. But yet when we called we found out that she was not supposed to do that. Also we found out that they had a tracker on the car. I don't know if that was legal so I asked someone and they told me that if it is not put in the contract then it's not. I also got told by a different car dealership that those trackers are also a way for them to be able to disable the car so they can find it and repo for non payment . I could just imagine them doing that out of the blue while driving on the highway. To me that sounds unsafe.So with all that being said if you want to risk it then go ahead. But I would advise go else where. This place is literally not somewhere to go to get a car.

Horrible experience, engine blew 6 months after getting the vehicle and then had to wait over a month for my car to get fixed ! Not to mention 2 engines were put in the car and both engines blew . The service manager Gregg is very rude and unprofessional he refused to give me a day my car would be done . Every time I called about my vehicle they wouldn’t give me any answers about my vehicle I would be told I was going to get a call back and days would go by and I would have to call again . It got to the point I had to look into the legal process to try and either get the car back or my money back . CNAC offered to skip a month of payments for the inconvenience of having my car for more then 30 days but then wanted me to sign a paper satiating ‘’ due to financial difficulties they were pushing my payment back a month ‘’ which was false I never had an issue paying the vehicle even after they had it a month . I refuse to sign the paper and they told me they took the offer off the table and wouldn’t be giving me a month of no payments because I wouldn’t sign their falsified documents. If you plan to purchase from them get a lawyer ready to fight for the lemon you got yourself into with them . I highly would not recommend coming here very unprofessional.

Paul was a great help today Helping me get into a car! Very respectful and straight to the point . No credit checks , if you have money in hand you can walk out with a car .
