I went to this location for a suit rental for an upcoming wedding. My initial fitting with the store manager was very brief, involving a few measurements and trying on some generic jacket, pants, and shoes. The jacket in particular was very tight which I communicated to him, but he brushed off my concerns and told me sizing up would lead to a worse fit. I reluctantly chose to trust his judgment. When the suit came in, the jacket and vest were indeed far too tight and clearly not the right measurements for me. I question the accuracy of the measurements taken given how far off the fit was from what I needed. Thankfully, Zeke took excellent care of me and helped me through finding the correct sizes for everything. He was very friendly, listened to my feedback, and ensured that I felt comfortable with my final size selections. I would probably not recommend suit rentals from here given how challenging it is to find the right fit, but if I return to the store one day I will definitely seek out Zeke's help.
