Our cat has thick fur that gets matted very easily. He is not the nicest cat. Kristy always does a great job and he comes back looking fantastic. He does not seem stressed out mire than usual when he's done.

I didn't get to take my pup to Christy's because she's booked solid however I did get a return phone call from her which was very nice thank you Christy
