My best friend and went to this salon yesterday, the lady who did my nails did not use the color I picked, she did not know how to work with acrylic nails, and my nails are not even. That day the tips of my fingers hurt. The next day the still hurt (did I mention a couple of my finger tips were bleeding). I don’t like to bad mouth business but seriously do not go here you want really bad nails. Should a I ask got my money back? I paid almost 100.00.Services: Manicure

Just moved to this area. I was looking for a new salon. I wanted a basic set of nails and walked out with cuts all over my fingers yesterday. Everything was rushed but that didn’t stop them from putting more ppl in seats and rushing them to. The owner is super rude and the guy has no idea either. Just a very unpleasant experience all round

I witnessed the staff absolutely degrade a woman and her mother today when all she wanted was her nails done in a timely manner. Based on their complete lack of human decency I will not return. To the woman this happened to I am extremely sorry you and your poor mother has to endure such a lack of respect from so called professionals but know you held yourself together like a queen.

Went to get my nail done there, 4 different people came to do my nails, I said it was too thick they said that wasn’t lol i wanted a glitter style they put on so much glitter that the nail looks deformed. One of the nails snapped off 2 days after I had it done. Horrible experience. Never again.

I have beautiful thick long natural nails. All I want was a trim and french manicure. They butchered my natural nails and globed on nail polish none of the lines are even they're all janky and they didn't clean off the original nail polish.. they're horrible service and only out to make a buck and not make their customers happy I would never refer themService: Manicures

I’m not the person that gives good or bad review but this place by far is the worst the lady can’t see what she’s doingthey are so cheap they refuse for customer to use the bathroom so they don’t waste water they don’t let you washed your hands they always say the bathroom is in constructionthe nail polish is dry all they do is add nail polish remover to itif I can give -0 start I wouldEvery nail salon that you go specially now with the Covid they have you wash your handnot this place I went there today and I asked them if I can wash my hands before she start she say no I got a water bottle spray here I’ll clean your hand then she started talking to her husband in whatever language they speak I use my Google translator to see what they were saying and she said to her husband what is wrong with these people they come here to do the nail not to keep wasting our water unbelievable.
