I was in plant clearance section & of course fell in love with a small plant w/o a price tag. No one in the store could give me a price till all managers get back from lunch. Unacceptable. No one can get a price so they lose a customer. Poor customer service. Store on Madison Ave in Reading PA. I am not headed back.

Very bad service at the pick up curb side, assistance person very rude and unprofessional I had to went inside to grab and load my items on my own due to the assistance left my car inside, the reason i did pick up curb because I have fractured 2 ribs but i didn’t get any help, im the owner of my business but I told my guys we are not buying at this location anymore

I have $141 and change in gift cards assigned to my Lowe's Wallet so, when I went to purchase my items, I wanted to use that balance to pay for my purchase. I spent the time to install the Lowe's app on my phone and log in so I could use my wallet. Unfortunately, after all of this, the display only had my Lowe's CC as an option! (app showed my gift card balance available as an option) I called over the assistant for help who, instead of doing anything to help, simply pressed pay [which went to my CC] and told me if it was wrong to go to the customer service desk!
Not only did she waste my time, *she* charged *my* card incorrectly and wasted all the time I spent trying to get access to it! This is NOT a good customer experience. She did not try to fix the issue or anything -- just forced payment and told me to go to customer support (I.e. get lost). If I wanted to use my CC, I would have not spent the time getting the app installed!
To add salt to the wound, I contacted Lowe's customer support. *3 weeks later*, I got a scripted response (Marlinda S.) which, again, was basically drafted as a blow off with no real resolution or follow-up offered.
BTW, legally speaking, this was an unauthorized charge against my CC. I would be well within my right to dispute it.

I have gone there several times and there is nobody at the paint department when you ask for one it takes a very long time also for windows the same you have to wait a very long time they always make me go to home depot where I get fast help.

Was scheduled for a 1-5 delivery time so I rearranged MY schedule ! Then I get a phone call at 11:30 that they are 15 minutes away. I told them I wont be home till 1 as scheduled by THEM . Was told if I couldn't get back home NOW they can't deliver today 😡. So now its sitting on my porch in a box and I have to figure out getting it inside and hooked up. I thought thats what I paid them for !!!! Very very DISAPPOINTED in Lowes, Never again!

I will never be using Lowe’s again in my life. If I could give them 0 stars I would. First, I ordered an oven in store, asked the guy at least five separate times to confirm that he charged me for installation, and then the oven arrived damaged. Not only do I have to wait an additional 3 weeks for a replacement, but I found out they never charged me for installation. When I called they told me it could only be purchased in store. I went and had to speak to like 3 different managers before they fixed it. Then, I ordered a water system and 2 accompanying parts. They said it shipped, but it hadn’t arrived in a week and FedEx said they never received it. When I called, I was informed that they somehow “misplaced” my package after printing the label. They did ship it asap, but, of course, only the main item arrived and not the 2 additional pieces I ordered with it. When I called about it and asked for a refund, they told me that they would give me a gift card and I told them I wanted it put back on my credit card since $50 was on my credit card, the rest was on a GC, and the return is for only like $30. The lady tried to argue with me and insist on shipping me a gift card and I had to tell her repeatedly that I am not accepting a GC and would only accept it back on my credit card. All she told me is that it’ll “either” be shipped or returned to my card and she never actually confirmed it would be refunded to my card. I’m so done with Lowe’s. This is the FOURTH mess up on their end in a matter of weeks. This is insane. Home Depot all the way.
Edited to respond to Lowe’s: that number you provided me is your regular customer service number. I already called customer service and it was during that phone call that the agent told me I would need to receive a GC, which is unacceptable. Not sure why it makes sense for me to call your regular customer service number back if it was them who couldn’t help me.
