I could cry in how many times in one day I have went to Lowe’s to try to find a piece by myself because there are no employees in plumbing not only that the employees that they do have in the facility they’re all upfront, talking and chatting and when I ask someone to help me, they all don’t know nothing about plumbing and don’t even make an effort to help but I bet if I was a man they will at least pretend to try . Talk about the worst Service ever if I could rate this, no star I would!!!

Great place to get all your yard and garden supplies. Always very friendly and helpful stuff. They help make sure you have everything for your project.

Well organized and clean hardware superstore. All of the items and departments that you would normally expect are here. The parking lot has a curbside online order pickup area with several parking spots allocated to that. Handicap accessible parking spots. Contractor loading and specific parking areas as well as dedicated entrance exit for contractors. There are a set of lockers for online order pick up, as well. Double door entry with motion sensors. Very helpful for anyone in a wheelchair that needs access. Many functioning self checkout registers were available. Friendly and helpful staff. If you know what you need ahead of time, you can look up the items on their website or with their dedicated app. This can help you know exactly where to look for your specific items

Storm door was on the agenda and all went smoothly! Thanks to the salesperson and the assistant store manager for that area of the store!

To start, we will NEVER buy another appliance from Lowes. Purchased a high-end LG washer and dryer day before Thanksgiving. Got lucky and was told they could deliver it Friday. Our 4 hour window was then 10-2. Got a phone call Friday morning saying that because of the holiday backup our delivery would be delayed. We were thinking that meant ‘later in the day’. No, it was delayed into the next week. They were delivered the following Wednesday. Our purchase was for installation and gas dryer hookup; which cost extra. Delivery guys looked at our water valves at the washer. One had some greenish blue oxidization because they are copper valves. He said, through his interpreter, they can’t touch those valves because they are corroded. If anything happens they can be held responsible. We have to take the water lines off ourselves. My husband is 76 and has a bad back and couldn’t bend over the washer, but eventually we got the lines off. But they said we really needed new valves. They wanted to leave the new appliances in our garage until the next day and still take our old ones. Sorry, no, the garage we use for cars and you’re not taking my washer without having something working to replace it. So no washer hookup--on to the dryer. The salesman at Lowes had given me the gas line (so he said) to bring home and said the washer lines would be on the delivery truck. Turns out he gave me the washer lines and gas line on the truck was too short. We needed to get a longer one. They would have someone come back tomorrow to finish the install. Also, they couldn’t install the dryer because they had NO tools on the truck. They were using our pipe wrench. They said the tools were in the other truck in Buffalo, NY. (?) But tomorrow everything will be taken care of. My husband and I then went to the Lowes store to make sure they set up the install for the next day. We also exchanged the shorter gas line for the longer one. We were told several times that it WOULD be the next morning. Salesman said he just put the paper work in for next morning install. We also got a plumber to come out that day and change the valves. Plumber saw the ‘corrosion’ and said they most certainly could have installed lines on it. There was no leak. Additional $400 for plumber—that day. That night there was no call for our 4 hour window. My husband called and they said we were NOT scheduled for tomorrow, but for the following Monday. Husband talked to a manager on the phone and had some choice words. Told the manager to come out and get these out of the house. Manager said we would get a full refund. Never heard anything from them after that. So next day we called the plumber back to see if they would install. Two hours and another $600+ later I finally had my washer and dryer installed. Still no word from Lowes after that testy exchange with my husband and the promised full refund. Now I know whoever monitors this site will respond with the standard “We’re sorry you had a bad experience. Customer service is our priority, blah, blah, blah, blah…….. but that isn’t going to change the fact that we’re out an additional $1000 for plumbers for jobs that your people can’t do.Lastly, we will NEVER buy another appliance again from Lowes

I usually never have an issue at this Lowe’s .But went in to see if they will price match an item that I seen at Home Depot . First of all the lady at the service desk didn’t know if they price matched with items from Home Depot ??? Then store manager said they will not price match because item is in not in stock and told me to buy for higher price through them . Anywho ended up getting the price match through Lowe’s customer service. Very disappointed I spend a lot of money here .

Our experience was good. Helpful, knowledgeable sales person in tools helped us to find what we needed. However, we choose one item incorrectly, but no problem easy return policy and we were back out the door.Overall good experience

Helpful associations... only issue is the locations in the store don't match the locations for products on the website... example: a hammer may be isle 2 bay 10 on the website but actually be on isle 17 bay 5

I have a Lowe's credit card and it gives me 5% off which is great! I would much rather go here than to home Depot because of that 5%, and I usually have a good experience! They have a good selection in the electrical parts and I have met some folks in these areas and they've been rather helpful while you can find someone. It is rather difficult at times to find help but there have been other times and when you do find someone to specially shillington it is a great experience!

Why is Lowes better, because their name is not HOME CHEAPO and thats what you get a cheap home because they don't have they knowledge and know how to keep your home going Lowes does. That should be their motto we have the knowledge and know how the "other guys" don't keep it up to keep them prices low (es)

Not the best Lowe's. Would definitely go to a different one. Things are alwaysissing, stock counts are usually wrong.

This is posted for review 4 times. The reason: I needed 40 4x4 joist hangers. I had to go to 4 Lowe’s just to get enough for the project. 2 in Lancaster county pa, 1 in Reading pa and 1 in Scranton. Wish they had enough inventory at one location. Wasted a lot of time running around. Up against a deadline and no time to order on Amazon or other website.

Phone just rings and rings even when transferred to a dept by computer. Ie: large appliances, customer service. Purchased a large appliance and called with a question on another potential large purchase but obviously they don't want the business.

They had what we were looking for however it was not entirely in a box so we had to take the tiles out separately one by one. Unfortunately they did not have any spare boxes either to hold them in.
