Using the installation team has been an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience. The customer service representatives are not on the same page and deliver different information every time we called to set up installation. There is extra fees for everything and we were being charged for services they did not do. We did. Overall very unhappy with the service.

Very disappointed today, I went to get some stuff ,and this thing was in my way and knocked myself with it, hurt my elbow, you need to keep this piece of junk off the sales floor before opening the store, didn’t wanted to ruin your day , but next time if I find this Damn thing in my way I surely will.

Costumer service is near zero, been to the store so many times I don't need a hand. but when you do rarely any to be found. They have a few good people but you'll be lucky to run into them on their shift. Store isn't that well kept either I suspect they have a hard time finding good help...

It has taken over 10 months to get replacement pieces to finish my almost $30,000 kitchen renovation. No sense of urgency from Francis Mendez, the store manager to resolve the issues. After emailing back and forth with Francis and numerous times of going weeks with no communication from Francis, he feels him and his team handle it the best they could. After 9 months he finally spoke to a rep from the cabinet manufacturer to get my replacement drawer front, that I already have. Francis needs to be trained in dealing with customer complaints and issues. And learn to resolve customers issues in much more timely manner.
***If you really wanted to deal with this issue you would talk with Francis and he can fill you in. But then again good luck getting in contact with him.

I really like this Lowes. It is a clean, well stocked home improvement/hardware store.
4 stars just because no registers were open. Only self check out it was a Thursday evening. However, there was plenty of staff. A nice associate rang me up at the return desk. I personally am not a fan of self check out.

I like this Lowes but I cannot stand the demonic decor as soon as you walk in. We get it, Halloween makes money. We still have children who have to sleep at night without haunting from going to Lowe’s… this is disgusting to be greeted by. Please consider families and people who do not agree with Satanic decor.

At first I was going to give the store a 3 star because none of the employees knew where basic hardware was, but then I met Ryan and he was very helpful. He helped me cut down my 4 x 8 easily. He was also decent at carrying a conversation during my time waiting for the boards to get cut. My recommendation is for the employees to get more familiar with their store and the products. Also, for them to practice deducing where items may be based on the isle’s contents.

Just had a return and needed a few plumbing supplies. Return desk staff were courteous and efficient.
