This is always one of the first places I look. Personal service, quality stuff, competitive pricing- every time. I have used this location the most in recent years for projects but you'll get the same experience whatever store you choose. Nobody is perfect but the few issues I've had have always been resolved timely. Once they got me out of a bind after 10 PM on a Saturday night when I broke my water filter. The service guy met me with a smile and I had my water back before midnight. I could go on.Thanks Martins!

Excellent service and qualified techs to repair appliances. Even though they charge $140 to come out they seem to be a better value for repairing appliances. We highly recommend them!

I was in need of a dishwasher. Johnny was super nice to work with. He laid out all of the different options and the advantages and features of each to help me pick out the best one for me. Don't waste your time with these other appliance stores. Go ask for Johnny at Martin's appliance.

Chipped my marble steps, scratched my wood floors. Only one of the 5 appliances was delivered as ordered in working order with no install or equipment problems. Sadly, I purchased a warranty on most, which I regret. Specifically, Johnny Martin promised the replacement Sub-zero fridge would fit the old hole and I was very specific that, if a cabinet maker was needed, I was going to go another direction. He assured me it would. Not only did it not, we had to mill our own pieces and order those at our expense AND the fridge needed repaired right out of the box, which makes it less than first quality. I waited months and months while they held my 4k with no back order notices and they said I couldn’t cancel. PLUS they charged me for extra warranty when the fridge comes with. Promised to take it off and not charge finance while they and Sub-zero worked it out, nope. It didn’t matter how many times I wrote once they start billing you they keep billing you. Nobody took into account when they chipped my marble steps or the hours spent repairing that. That’s an 800-1000 damage. To be fair, Shannon in Service is good, but, you’re better off with no warranty—just go to big box and buy another. We have gone back to big box. I wish I never bought this fridge. I’d have spent a lot less of my time if I had a cabinet maker come fix the hole and buy a fridge off the floor at a big box store. Sub-zero sent a cabinet maker out who claimed he moved an outlet and I was here and he did not, and my husband milled some old pieces I had the presence of mind to keep from the old fridge. Sub Zero (Marsha) also promised me an extra year warranty never got that either. I only just this week found an acceptable toe kick, which of course I had to pay for myself and Install myself.

Steve cares for our mini-splits in an efficient and thorough manner. It is great the same technician comes each time whether for service or cleaning.

I would never use Martins again. There customer service was pathetic! I called about my refrigerator freezing everything. They came out 1 week later to let me know it would be a week until the part I needed would come in. I was told to get a cooler in the mean time. Ten days later te part came in and was told to give it a day or two to adjust. Called 2 days later called to say it wasn't fixed. Again another week until they could come out. I had to go purchase a small refrigerator to get me through the month. The following week the new part came in and again it didn't work. I have lost 100 dollars worth of food, 300 on a small refrigerator and 500 dollars on repair costs that never happened!! Everything seemed to be an inconvenience when questioned about why it was taking so long. When I asked the young if his wife would put up with this for a month he informed me she wouldn't have to she had him!!! Well the refrigerator is still not working it's worse then ever and jumps around on the temperature. I have been told by so many people to get in touch with the manager, Why? I have already experienced the lack of customer service I sure it will fall on deaf ears. I have 5 couples who are moving into the neighborhood in the next 2 months they all need appliances, I won't be recommending Martins.

Very satisfied with the help we received and the knowledge our salesman that helped us with purchase. As well as the stock they maintained that a deliver set-up was done before we left.

They had the product but there was a delivery charge plus a installation charge totalling $180. This was in addition to the product cost. The product was an over the stove microwave.

About 3 years ago we purchased our washer from here. We had an issue 2x with it (same issue). They covered the 2nd time because it was the same issue. However both techs were super knowledgeable and friendly. Fast forward to now us needed a refrigerator… Dale, our salesman, has gone above and beyond to work with us in our pinch. Having such great experiences in store and out of store, we will only be buying our appliances here. Thank you for being a reliable company with good service which is so hard to come by these days!

This evening after a storm that created a power outage, our Maytag refrigerator would not restart. Matt was on emergency service duty and replaced the main circuit board to resolve the problem. Dwayne, please tell Matt job well done.
