I originally got a massage from Neal as a gift from my partner for my birthday. It was amazing. I couldn't complain. He made sure I was comfortable and had a cold glass of water afterwards. So, we set up another appointment for a month later (yesterday) for a couples massage. She had Eric who she was very impressed with. She said he was very gentle with her when moving her and and head and helped her back/shoulders. Also ended with a glass of cold water and I got the extra lotion from my massage (I paid for aromatherapy). My only complaint is their push for the monthly membership. The first time I went they asked and I said no and the receptionist asked me why. I just didn't want to but felt less so after being questioned as to why. Then a week before my appointment, they text me again asking for a membership. And offered me a discount to come back, even tho I had it scheduled already. Which j was grateful for. We were then asked again after our appointment but not pushed. I opted out of texts because I felt them pushing for the monthly wasnt something I wanted to deal with. I will go back, but when we are ready. I feel like making an appointment monthly would make the massage feel more like a chore as opposed to just going when I need/want a massage.Anyways. No complaints other than the pushing for membership. We thoroughly enjoyed our massages with Neal and Eric!

Do NOT get a membership! We signed up for the year membership. The first time we went, they charged us full price "because the membership wasn't loaded yet". The website doesn't recognize your membership...ever. it always asks you to become a member every time. And if you book online, they don't always check if you are a member - you have to remind them. They NEVER have availability within a month for massages unless you don't work and can go at 10 am. Their decent massage therapists book up a month plus in advance so you can't book online. It doesn't let you book out that far. So you HAVE to call. If you have a busy life do not go for this business. Poorly run, mediocre massages. Oh and we booked our yearly membership at $50 for an hour massage each month. It's now $70 - And I was told it's going up to $75. And they charge us monthly...for massages we can't get in to book because they have no real capacity. So we are paying them and getting nothing back!! So horrible.

Never pick up the phone. Then you drive over to see if they’re closed and when you walk in, you find two people at the front desk browsing on their phones with the phones ringing.

Today I had my first facial ever and I feel amazing. First, Catherine greeted me and explained what to expect. She was very professional, friendly and polite. Courtney is a angel and made me feel like a new person. She has magical hands and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She asked if I had any questions or concerns and I told her about how dry and itchy my arms are, so she recommended a cream that the sell. I put it on and felt a difference right away. Thank you Catherine and Courtney for making my day and making me feel special. You ladies are awesome and went above and beyond your job. I will definitely be back again.

I was a one year member and had one last hour credit to use, and I got an awesome massage from Derek today …..definitely a top 5 massage, and I get a lot… A LOT of massages. Lol Being a massage therapist myself I need massages on a regular basis to keep up with the core self-care regiment. Today, I needed specific work done on the posterior area of my left knee which was bothering me for about 2 weeks. Instead of digging into my leg too hard and sometimes not hard enough like most other therapists do, I asked Derek if he could use myofascial release techniques(only if he knew how) on the left knee & left lower leg, and he did exactly what I requested him to do which surprisingly felt amazing. No other therapist has ever worked on my leg better than he has. Definitely coming back to Derek whenever I need leg work done. He used good deep pressure slowly and appropriately, and I thought the use of his broad forearm techniques on the legs and elsewhere on my body was effectively well executed. I definitely felt the myofascial release in my left knee, and it feels much better. Overall, the massage was surely relaxing and therapeutic. I feel great, and my energy is on another level now. Great job, Derek! Thank you so much for that.

I have been a member of Massage Envy since May 2018 and have always had the masseuse, Jennifer Manicioti, who has helped me tremendously with her skilled hands. So much so that shortly after my initial visit I got my husband to go to her and he too is now a long standing member of Massage Envy with Jen as his regular masseuse.

I have been going here since 2017 and been seeing Eric pretty much the whole time. He is amazing and helps relieve the pain in my back. The only downside to going here is sometimes when u asked to be on the on call list to try to get a massage you never hear anything back. Some of the people there just don’t do there jobs well at all. It gets so frustrating to here there were openings but I never was called. But if wasn’t for Eric I would have left long ago. I drive 6 days a week and he can fix all the abuse I do to my back like magic. Overall Eric is great but some of the managers need to work on there people skills and to call back if there r openings when u ask them too. Instead of letting you hang.

Kennesha, the manager, is a poor representative of Massage Envy. Please keep reading.....I have been a member of Massage Envy since May 2018 and have always had the masseuse, Jennifer Manicioti, who has helped me tremendously. My husband is also a member of Massage Envy with Jen as his regular masseuse. My husband accrued extra visits. We decided to ‘gift’ to family members. Each family member was told to call, schedule an appt. & schedule it with Jennifer Manicioti. We told them to be specific & make sure Jen was the one they booked with. Each time I did the gift transfer I told the front desk that the recipient would be calling to schedule with Jen. Each time this occurred Kennesha was either the one to do the transfer or was present at the front desk. My daughter was the first gifted a massage & she enjoyed the experience with Jen’s talent. The next gifted was my daughter-in-law & my 13 year old granddaughter. And here is where things go south. My daughter-in-law called in on May 28th & Kennesha took the call.My daughter-in-law was VERY specific in setting up the appointments when she spoke with Kennesha. She scheduled her 60 minute session for June 11th & the next available 60 minute session with Jen that worked with her schedule AND Jen’s was the following Wednesday June 16th at 3:30pm for my granddaughter. My daughter-in-law made a point of these sessions both being scheduled with Jen. My daughter-in-law enjoyed her massage by Jen & was very comfortable as a concerned mother that Jen would do well with her daughter also. Jen expressed she would be look forward to meeting Jasmyn. At check-in they were told Jasmyn’s session was with Jasmine. Wait!? What!? Our granddaughter, Jasmyn was to have Jen. That was what was scheduled. My daughter-in-law called me annoyed about the experience as she was quite specific when booking & making sure of Jen’s availability only to be told it would be with a different masseuse. The next day I went for my every 90 minute session with Jen. I asked to speak to the manager. Kennesha came out of the office with “How can I help you?”. Working as a Customer Service Representative for 20+ years & before that for 30 years in nursing, dealing with people in a respectful manner in both careers is a must. Kennesha falls short in this regard. As a manager, she fails miserably. She is a poor representative of the franchise as a manager & customer service advocate. At no point did she apologize for the misunderstanding & she literally argued with me about it. There was no reasoning with Kennesha & she was so arrogant and frustrating in her demeanor & countenance, mask or no mask. I asked her what type of compensation could she provide due to the issue at hand. She said ‘Nothing’. Really? She then had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to take back the gifted massage to Jasmyn and charge my daughter-in-law for the massage! I literally was stunned by her stupid, idiotic statement. This whole thing was on Kennesha from the start. She was the one responsible for taking it upon herself to play the game of booking Jasmyn with Jasmine. There was NEVER any type of apology that came out of the mouth of Kennesha. Just a smirk under her mask that came across loud and clear on her eyes that conveyed total disrespect for me as the customer. Her arrogance & demonstrated lack of respect was an extremely poor reflection of Massage Envy. I told Kennesha I was done talking to her and I would be contacting the owner of the franchise. But the contact information looks like it would go to right back to the front desk & Kennesha, so I knew there would be no one-on-one contact with the owner. My trust in Kennesha forwarding anything to the owner is minus zero.Perhaps Kennesha can be scheduled for some type of seminar on Managerial Skills since she is lacking in most aspects of being the type of manager that draws clients to Massage Envy rather than push them away.

I was sent here as a Mother's Day gift and loved the therapist I had. I can't remember her name unfortunately but she was able to find the culprit of years worth of pain! I am so happy she was able to show me what she did. It was actually educational!
