Got to work w/ the store manager, McKaydlha Dyer, and wanted to leave this very positive review. She was very knowledgeable and patient while helping me buy new pillows. There ended up being many options to choose from than initially anticipated, but she made the process smooth, personable, and educational. I would like to see here recognized for the new business shes brought in. Will be recommending family and friends. Looking forward to the next bedroom need!

Went in nervous, 2 weeks ago. My wife and I were looking for a new mattress and it was the first time we have gone into this store not knowing what to expect. McKaydlha introduce herself immediately. We told her we were just looking. She gave us some tips and left us be as we tried all the mattresses. Once we were done we asked questions and she answered them all, she was able to give us a good discount as well. Before we knew it, we bought a mattress. So far we have had the mattress for a week and we are loving every second of it. So thank you McKaydlha Dyer, you were informative, friendly and such a good person.

Do not buy from here. I purchased a mattress, per the suggestion of the results of their mattress test. It was a firm mattress. I hoped it would alleviate the issues I was having. Unfortunately, the mattress made it worse. Pain in lower back as well as sore spots at the contact points. After two weeks, I asked to exchange. I selected a new mattress (which was 800 dollars more than the original)Their policy is no exchanges before a 30 day break in period. My hope was, given that after explaining that I can’t sleep through the night and wake up in serious pain, they would make an exception. Especially considering I purchased a more expensive mattress. They denied m my request. I understand policy. But this is not a matter of mild disappointment. I’m nearly crippled every morning. Any business that truly cared about its customers would make an exception under extreme circumstances. These days, mattresses are a serious purchase, costing thousands of dollars. Spend that money with a business that appreciates the money you spend. Mattress Warehouse is not that business. Go elsewhere.
