Went for an interview for office position with Desiree (office manager) Reading location. I showed up just about 15 min prior to scheduled time (that she set up) only to be informed- no I should not wait for her bc she has been in and out of office. A man took my name and number and let me tell you SHE NEVER CALLED ME AND APOLOGIZED FOR HER UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIORS. In my eyes it would have been better she call me before I wasted my time or gas driving there only to be ghosted. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

They patched a trailer tire that didn't last 20 miles, had to get another tire shop to fix the patch.. It was bad work on the patch was not placed correctly also they broke the Hub cap and had oil flinging all over the rim down the road had to get that fixed somewhere else too. Called them to dispute and they denied any responsibility. They charged me $150 for a tire patch and a mount dismount...Way overpriced and horrible Service and work...no accountabilityupdated response : That tire was brand new 14 ply tire, there were no patches on it so now once again you are denying responsibility, that is the characteristics of a Company that tries to weasel their way out of responsibility...BOSSman tire shop fixed the issue, they re-did your patch and driver changed the hubcap.

Had a service truck out today for a flat. They were awesome. Quick response. Great tech! Found the bad valve stem repaired it and had me on the road in 1.5 hours from the time of the call and they had 1/2hr ride to me. Amazing. Highly recommend them. Will @
