I spend more than 30 minutes Waiting for someone to help me. Unfortunately I never received such help. Terrible customer service there’s was this guy he walk by me more than three times and never even acknowledged my presence. Advoid this place like the plague

It's really sad. I've always enjoyed deals at Men's Wearhouse (MW). However, never in my life have I walked into a first quality clothing store and have seen, tried on, almost bought, but thought better of it after doing a cursory inspection, so many irregulars. It's more common than you might imagine, even among, yes, major department stores.Specialty stores used to fill the niche of customers who didn't have the time, nor the inclination, to sort through junk in search of a bargain. They offered better merchandise to a more discerning clientele. Not so, it seems, if you wander into MW, which I don't recommend that you do.I will say that the store associate at the Broadcasting Square, was very friendly and customer oriented. That being said, it was time for me to walk after trying on three separate suit ensembles, finding obvious defects in each set, finally finding a navy blue ensemble that was presentable, but not given the courtesy of the lower price of the original suit I had previously put on hold, or the other sets I found defects in. Full disclosure: the suit I decided on was on a separate rack, in the clearance section, but on the rack a mere three feet away from where the others were hanging. And really, deal or no deal, I'm through taking a chance and investing time and money.So long forever, MW.

Waited for ONE HOUR just to get sized (that took a whole five minutes)! There was only three associate's on the floor and everyone seemed to be more interested in helping and talking to a different man who seemed to be a regular as everyone was on a first name basis. Was told that they would be “right with us” multiple times but as soon as they said that all the associates were back up front talking to and assisting the other man. Mind you we were not the only people in the store and I could see multiple other people getting frustrated!! This will be my first and LAST time visiting this store!

My son and I went in twice looking for items for his morP, & Jay helped us both times. She is super knowledgeable & gracious, even though we didn’t end up buying anything at that location. I really just wanted to recognize her awesome customer service- thanks Jay!! I appreciate you!

I went to try on a tux. They were very busy. Robert went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed despite already assisting multiple customers. Great Staff!

Honestly, our first experience at Men's Wearhouse didn't go very well. My partner was rushed, and we left feeling uncertain about how he was going to look on our wedding day.However, we went back a couple months later and Raina put our minds at ease. She gave him the same attention and level of care that a bride would get leading up to her wedding. It's just as much his day as it is mine, and Raina recognized that. We left feeling much better with previous mistakes fixed. Most importantly, we can now be excited about what him and the groomsmen are wearing on our wedding day. Thank you, Raina!Edited to add that Chris was also phenomenal to work with when picking up and dropping off my now husband's tux! He evidently cares deeply about his work.

Called looking for a certain color suit for my father & Jhiani took the phone call said she believes she had what we were looking for in my fathers size - pulled it & placed in on hold. We went in 3 hours later & it was exactly what he wanted, perfect color & size, she helped us pick out a tie & we were on our way. Perfect customer service - fast friendly & knowledgeable!!

This would of initially have been a 2 or 3 star review, However Jhiani changed everything. I needed a shirt for a suit that I already owned and brought it with me. I walked in and was the fourth or fifth customer waiting. Jhiani was the only person on the premises at the time and was already busy measuring another gentleman. Realizing this, the four of us strangers needed some quick help and we all worked together getting our information into the system to get a great service.Jhiani listened and worked with me with what look I was trying to acquire for an interview. She took me out of my comfort zone with a silver/black paisley tie. It really tied the suit together and made a statement. She was kind in sharing that her job/passion is to elevate me and take me out of my comfort zone if I so desired.I will share that the first words from my interview upon shaking hands was "Nice Suit" I immediately knew I had made an excellent first impression.Thank you Jhiani.

It's easily my favorite store to get my dress shirts from. Why go to a store that might have what you need when you can go to Mens warehouse and get exactly what you need !

After explaining to the store staff that the wedding was on a Saturday. And would not be able to return the vest until Tuesday, because of the distance. I was charged two days worth of late fees. I have zero control over flights, and and how quickly I can return from an out of state wedding. Even when I explained this to the people at the store prior to the rental I was charged. Which the $42.40 is just a lesson in not using men's warehouse for future needs. You guys really dropped the ball especially since I communicated my time restraints prior to renting. Maybe if you guys invested money in training and or more qualified people I wouldn't have had these issues. But what so I know.

Absolute joke of a store. Bought a shirt that was stained, brought it back and the manager told me "nothing we can do" while his coworker clown found it amusing I wasted 60 dollars on a shirt from them. If you care at all about your clothes don't go here.
