BMW owners please save yourself the heartache and go directly to the dealer. This star is for the service. Customer service is great but service on my vehicle was not. Had an ongoing radiator issue that was NOT resolved after taking my vehicle back over 4 times. My coolant leaked out over 4 times and had to have my car towed there 2 times. Finally the last time I had it there I got it back and drive straight to BMW just to have it leaking out as I pulled in to BMW. At that point I had spent money and two months of having my car in the shop altogether so I sold it to bmw and I regret bringing it to monroe. Please don't take your bmw to monroe

Brought our very recently purchased car there for a check engine light yesterday. They stated they did diagnostics on it and found nothing wrong when the check engine code was P0301 which is a piston one misfire, they cleared the code and not even 20 miles later the light came back and the car is sputtering. Brought the car back there today and they stated they could not help as they are not sure what the issue could be... Now I am not a mechanic but google is a thing and it could literally be as simple as spark plugs and coils. But they refused to even take the car back in today. Would not recommend. Unprofessional and honestly rude.

Charged $844 for a new oil pan and oil change. Pan itself was charged over 400 on a 2021 Nissan Sentra. I could have bought it anywhere else for under 200. I feel taken advantage of because I’m out of state.

Was given a Groupon coupon to try this place. NEVER GO HERE. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change? They gave me some sob story about ordering the wrong part. Whatever. I Went to Valvoline down the road 3 months ago and they were professional and caring. Nobody here looked like they had a clue what was going on. Avoid like the plague. Truly the worst car service I remember ever experiencing.

There’s nobody else here waiting. Been here since they opened. I need ONE tire replaced. You’re really going to tell me it takes an hour and ten minutes to change one tire? Never coming here again. If you plan to get one tire replaced, I suggest making camp in the parking lot. You’ll be here a while.

Not sure what happened - always my first choice, been a few times and the service is always great and fast. My car stalled on the highway going 65, almost causing an accident. I stressed the urgency of it because I obviously can’t have it happen again. I scheduled my appointment for 8:30am, decided I’d wait around for it. Work emergency came up, so I left, and 9 hours later - the car wasn’t moved or touched aside from a quick scan. Guess they took advantage of the fact I wasn’t around or they were really going to make me sit there that long. Plenty of excuses and nothing to show for it, and still the possibility of me actually wrecking this time.

Visiting family in PA and my air conditioner broke. We took my car to Monroe in Sinking Springs PA. They told us that it would take about three hours to fix. Son in law picked us up. Monroe called us when the car was ready to be picked up. Staff was friendly and informed us of the time and cost prior to doing the repairs. I drove back to NY in comfortable conditions with the AC working properly. Thank you Monroe!

Needed a quick oil change. Then was hit with $43 additional for filters. Left after a $201 oil change, but had to return because the technician did not put the new oil sticker on! Not a good experience.
