This is the worst bank to have. You call and they never answer the calls but the tellers are always on their cellphone. You can't withdraw certain amount of money because it would take over 10 days. The customer service send me to a Wyomissing location becUse she couldn't help me! (Iriani Rivera) the manager it's also no help on withdrawing money because if she's not around the tellers are lazy and don't do their job!

Horrible experience-Disrespectful staff-stay away!Today, I went to this bank to open an account with my husband and some lady asked me to handle her my phone to check the details of a $250 bonus that I asked about. When she gave the my phone back, I took a napkin and cleaned my phone with sanitizer. She was so rude to say “I’m not sick” with the worst attitude.First of all, I wasn’t trying to offend her by cleaning MY phone with the sanitizer THEY made available. Furthermore, how would I know is she is sick or not? No one walks around with a sign on their forehead stating their COVID-19 diagnosis. Also, if the sanitizer is on display on the desk is for people to use it. My thing is why did she get offended because I desinfected my phone? and, If she did get offended, why would she had the nerve to make that comment like people are not to use the sanitizer because if they do, she feels attacked? It was so disrespectful. Also, we were wearing normal everyday-clothes and she treat us like we did not belong in there. She has the smallest mind in the planet, she assumed we had no money but when she saw we weren’t opening the account with the minimal amount she was surprised. I was like wow this female is so ignorant. She wasn’t dressed any better than us and to go open a bank account people don’t need to wear suits. I wasn’t scheduled with her but Loida was busy.I don’t recommend anyone going to this place. Either find a different branch or avoid this bank completely.
