Such Terrible Customer service and owner is a complete mess! I've been making payments on TIME and apparently was accused of a lot of things and they auctioned my STUFF WITHOUT PERMISSION and said they called me which they ABSOLUTELY DIDN'T. I lost all my things because of these people. Don't Rent a storage unit here if you don't wanna be accused of things and your stuff being lost

My husband George and I have been with the 9th Street storage for several years. As soon as there was an issue with the lock, the receptionist was on it right away. I appreciate the prompt response and she was so kind.
