The clothes are all in great condition and well-priced. However, as a mom who has to shop with my kids, the staff response is negative and without grace every time I’m there both in the adult and children’s buildings. It makes it difficult and awkward to shop. Otherwise, I’m very happy with my purchases here.

I took leather wallets, leather boots, leather gloves, Coach purses and maybe a few other items. I got about $25 give or take total. I asked what sold and she couldn’t tell me. They keep a number count of items you give them to sell, not what item was given. I wanted back what hadn’t sold and she couldn’t tell me what hadn’t sold. She said if I wanted I could look around the shop and try to find my stuff. Ok. This was my first time sending things to consignment, maybe this is how it works. I asked what happens to the items that don’t sell and was told it gets donated. Found out later they have a girl come in who takes the items and hands the stuff out to family and others. Ok. Well this is one through the school of hard knocks. I give 3 stars, the extra being for if you are just shopping it is a great place for cool items at bargain prices in the home section. Buying ok! Selling not ok!

I took 16 pieces of children's clothing here, which consisted of a brand new winter coat, snow boots, jeans, pants, pajamas and shirts that were worn a few times, and I was given $28 when 15 items sold. Never again. I will sell my children's gently used items on Facebook Marketplace. I make way more money without the hassle.

Horrible experience!! After consigning here for many years(although it's been awhile) I brought my best stuff & the owner rejected every item! I informed her over the phone that I had over twenty pairs of jeans, she suggested to bring half and save the other half for January. Citizens of Humanity, Levis, 7 for all Mankind & Banana Rep. to name a few for the jean lot. Some of the shoes were Ugg booties(like new), Frye & Lucky Brand. Clothing: Banana Rep, Dana Buchman, Lucky Brand, & Max Studio. My stuff is in excellent condition and still current as far as w/in the guidelines. It just completely baffles me, the treatment I recieved, especially in light of observing the mediocre brands that were currently for sale in her shop. There were some nice brands but nothing amazing. I was offering a consistent collection of popular, desirable brands. I am left only to imagine that this was a personal rejection. We had a brief dialog prior to my departure up stairs to browse while the owner checked out my items. We discovered that we attended the same church at one time and generally small talk was exchanged. I really for the life of me can't imagine the general disregard for my effort, enthusiasm & more importantly, my time to sort thru & deliver my stuff just to have her reject everything! Her only comment, explanation was, 'jeans aren't really moving' .... Hmmm? than why did you suggest me bring half my inventory of them?! As far as the rest of the items, she simply said, she couldn't use them? I may never have an answer but going forward, I will never consign with the likes of this person again & I am very saddened to have been treated with such lack of empathy for all things mentioned above. Perhaps it's time for her to switch churches as well...not sure she's getting much out of her current one!!
