OppShop

Thrift Stores , Used, Vintage & Consignment
Hours: OppShop is a retail thrift shop that sells affordable clothing, housewares, furniture, books, and media. It's a go-to place for collectors, thrifters, and bargain shoppers. All proceeds from the shop benefit the programs of Opportunity House. Customers can drop off their gently-used items at the store's drop-off center during store hours, and large items like furniture can be picked up. The Reuse and Recycle program creates jobs for formerly homeless clients while recycling items to decrease the environmental impact, with proceeds reinvested in Opportunity House's programs and services. Reviews of OppShop are mixed, with some customers praising the great prices, organized layout, and nice selection of items. However, others have expressed disappointment with the store's inventory, finding it empty or overpriced, especially for clothing. Some customers have also noted issues with the checkout process. Despite these mixed reviews, OppShop remains a popular destination for thrifters and bargain hunters, with one customer describing it as the "best of the best" for finding high-quality items at amazing prices, especially in the book section. Overall, OppShop appears to be a valuable resource for the community, providing affordable shopping options while supporting the programs of Opportunity House.
