This place and these people are a joke! I was in a horrific car accident two years ago. I had multiple injuries started going to them because I lived in walking distance from them. Huge mistake. I was denied pain medication that was strong enough to help with my pain, yet easy on my stomach. Because of that I developed stomach issues that caused stomach bleeding. I had already had a gastric surgery in 2017 but was talked into another surgery. I went through the process because more weight loss would help with my injury. Still in pain I had to practically beg them to find other management. I was switched out of doctors every few months. Then when I had had enough I find out that I have deadly low iron. I was put on iron pills however, my iron wasn't absorbing through my stomach. Would stay new about they held on to that information for 2 months before referring me to a specialist. The blatant racism and clique baiting is apparent in the city of Reading. It even seeps in when it comes to healthcare. I am not Puerto Rican nor do I speak Spanish. I believe that that reason alone is why I wasn't helped properly. I finally found a medication that worked for me. Isn't a bad dosage but the doctor played silly games with not getting my medication filled on time. Now my contract has me tied into something about not getting medication from anywhere else. But i had a tooth abscess and their hospital wrote a prescription for a pain medicine I didn't even take. So many levels to get into. It's lawsuit worthy all away around.Edit: They had the nerve to leave this message under my comment. Knowing the email address didn't work.

Driver #23 is going 85 on a 55 tailing people and swerving in lanes, I’d look into this before someone gets hurt.

Impossible to reach to schedule important appointments. You get connected to full voice mails in Spanish or disconnected. It's unreal.

If anyone would answer the phone so people could make an appointment that would be an improvement. Honestly I don’t know how they even have patients with no one answering the phone or returning messages to make appointments. This goes for the Obgyn office as well as the doctors. I’m thinking I should just switch doctors to someone who actually wants patients!

My mom has severe arthritis and back pains that flair up at random, she called yesterday to make an appointment, the secretary said they would call back in a few hours with the day and time that my mom can come in, they called in the afternoon and gave her a appointment for today. Well this morning they left a message a few hours before the appointment to say they are cancelling her appointment because they only have one doctor and nurse and too many patients/appointments scheduled for today so they can't see my mom and that she needs to call back to rescheduled, well she did that but again no one answers and a voicemail that says to leave a message and they will get back to her when and if they can.Ever since this pandemic started this location has gone downhill in terms of offering essential and proper medical care. Scheduling appointments is a nightmare, no one answers the phone no matter what time we call in, it just goes to voicemail that says to leave a message and they will get back to you days later, they don't leave any message alerting you that they called. you have to have your phone in hand at all times to catch the call. When you actually do get someone on the phone, they give you an appointment for days or weeks later, when the day of the appointment is near, they call to cancel at the last minute and recommend you to call back to reschedule.

My son has been coming here for almost 5 years. I have zero complaints about the doctors or nurses, they're wonderful. They always gave the best care to my son. However, within the last 2 years (since covid started) customer service has taken a nosedive.

My daughter went in for a check up from the ER and that went ok. And she told the doctor she need albuterol because it’s hard for her to breathe. They told her they can not treat her for that because that’s not what she came for. To make an appointment to see the doctor for it.

I have been trying to make an appointment for over two months because they messed up stitching when I gave birth and I am trying to find out what because I should not be in pain. No one returns calls. Just voicemail after voicemail. When I do get someone they say they will "rely the message and have someone call me back" and nothing. Seriously if you can't see patients say something so we can go find new doctors I hated reading hospitals obgyn but I'm really contemplating just going back there or finding a way to be transferred to the main office OBGYN
