Trust if I could give them 0 stars I would. Last year I bought my current vehicle from this dealership. I took my car in for brakes, aware of the check engine light being on. I was told my the service manager Crystal that my check engine light was one due to a torque convertor code, she explained the make of my car does not sell just the Torque Converter and I would have to buy a new transmission totaling around $10k. Meanwhile the sales manager Josh was trying to sell me overpriced vehicles which were not comparable to my car with a luxury package.
I took my car elsewhere to get a second opinion which the code actually ended up just being a sensor that needed replaced which cost less then $100.
I would not trust this dealership at all!!
They are dishonest and lie to their customers!
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!
I am a young single mom and they tried to take advantage of the situation all for a commission!
DO NOT EVER GO HERE!

They allowed me show up with no appointment and fix the broken screw on my license plate. It did take maybe an hour once I arrived but keep in mind I had no appointment and they just fit me in quickly. Everyone was super friendly and kind. Price seemed fair so no worries there. Overall good experience and would recommend, the team seems great.

Shawna is a great representative of Mazda. Friendly and informative. I question getting a whole car diagnosis when I went in for a fuel system issue, no reflection on there customer relations, A+ in that department. Will buy next car here.

Very deceptive business practices by the salesman. I then spoke to the manger Josh and every time he spoke he gave different numbers. I repeated a number he said and he told me 2 minutes later he never said that. My son stood there and heard him say the number he claims he didn’t. Between being deceptive to my wife and lying to my face I wouldn’t want to purchase from them

Overall I would recommend Mazda Piazza of Reading, they're very flexible and will work with you, they have valet that will pick up your vehicle for you and drop it off, they will drop off a loaner vehicle for you as well. The service department was not able to find a solution to the issue I was having but I feel that they did their best to remedy the issue as well as they could. My buying experience there went well too. I originally went to the Mazda of Lancaster to buy my vehicle but I did not have a good experience there. They were pushy and just seemed shady to be honest. I ended up purchasing from Mazda of Reading instead, my sales woman was Olivia she was pleasant, and not pushy. It was definitely a more comfortable experience.

Just had my first service and oil change done at Piazza Mazda and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. They got me in and out quickly, kept me updated the whole time, and made everything super smooth. I never felt rushed or confused about anything. I definitely recommend them — I’ll be sticking with Piazza Mazda for all my future services!
