This place smell like piss. It's a shame I had to take an hours train ride to get to the closest branch and now I have to breathe in piss for the last half an hour waiting for a banker. Really?

Hire webghost33 {via insta gram} for your credit refix and retrieval of frozen accounts. I needed help with my credit score. I had no where to turn to. My credit score was 569,I wanted it a little higher and probably my late payment deleted although most of them I had no idea why they were there because I never opened fake accounts with credit card. I went on internet to search for help on how to fill in my debts and I found Mr Matt the credit expertise who helped me out. We got started with the process with some few questions and a little display of competency as a proof of legitimacy. The good news is that he did all he said he will do (deleted the accounts, erased all the inquiries and eventually raised my score to 795.Contact him if you need your credit fixed.

This is probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Please ignore this bank. You don't want to work with them. I have no idea whether they are trustworthy or dishonest, I only know that our loan processor was completely unresponsive and wouldn't answer her phone, call back, or reply to emails in a timely manner. After two weeks of not getting clarity, I finally had to call a number which took 20 minutes to find and tell them to withdraw my HELOC application.

The absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with. Have not been in contact in months, do not return phone calls or emails, have ignored a complaint filed from within my branch to Corporate for over 3 week now. All Corp phone numbers do not work/are disconnected. I highly suggest that you stay away from the bank. They have no clue what Customer Service is about and could care less about their customers and account holders.

PNC Bank Arlington. The worst banking experience EVER--froze me out of my account for a week without any notice to me--leaving me scrambling to pay my rent that I had scheduled to be paid through my PNC Account. I am NOT talking about a check hold. This money had been in my account for a month and a half. They still have not returned all my money. I opened a new account with PNC Bank in June 2022 after I moved to a different area, with a cashier's check and two $100 money orders. They could not be bothered to call the issuing bank for the check until the next day. And made a big stupid deal about whether I could open a new account with a cashier's check. ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW? The check was cleared the next day, but they put an extended hold on the $100 money orders--which I thought was crazy. They had been fooled by a money order before they said. I thought that was the point of using a money order that it is as good as cash-apparently not. But the real crazy was yet to come. I made additional deposits over the next month. On Sunday, July 31 paid my rent online with my PNC account. On Monday, August 1, 2022, I got a low balance email alert from my PNC Bank account. I looked on my account and it showed I had money but said $0 "available" balance. I called CS and she (dumb) said the bank had decided "they did not want a relationship with me", but would send me my money in TWO WEEKS by mailing me a cashier's check for my money. What about the rent that's due now? I asked for her supervisor (dumber). He didn't know anything. He gave me apparently the wrong phone number to "account closure". I called "account closure" and their answering machine said it was the "check fraud" department and if I left a message they were not the right department they would not call back. What you cannot bother to call a customer back to re-direct my call? Apparently not b/c they never called me back. I called and emailed the Arlington, TX PNC Branch repeatedly. The woman who I spoke with, Betty, had set up my account in the first place. I told her I wanted my money NOW. She lied and said they had already mailed the casher's check to me. I asked by certified mail? She didn't know. She told me her manager's name, Adrian and he would call me back. But he didn't call me that day. I asked her for the manager's manager/director's number. She refused to give it to me. She said I had to go through channels. I told her for that to work the manager had to call me back. In the meantime I'm scrambling to pay my bills and rent with no access to my funds, after incurring a NSF fee when PNC Bank did not honor my rent payment and I incurred a $42 FedEx fee to overnight a rent check from another account to the leasing office. I spoke with PNC Branch Manager Adrian on Wednesday or Thursday and he was going to look into it. Crickets. On Friday we spoke and he said I could come pick up a cashier's check for my money. He didn't say what changed or why I couldn't get my money from Monday to Friday up to that point, despite my repeated demands, and now I could. What happened? He said that PNC had probably sent me a letter explaining. I told him NO, PNC Bank hadn't sent me ANYTHING and the only way I knew they had frozen my account was a low balance alert I had set up. Adrian said they were holding $1,000 for a mobile deposit I had made on July 11. I asked why, he said they were holding it for 5 business days. I asked him if he was aware that today was August 5th, and his explanation made no sense. 5 business days had long since passed. I walk into the bank Friday to get my check and Betty says, oh they decided they will keep your account open.... after ALL THAT. I asked her who in their right mind would continue to do business with PNC Bank? I got all my money out of my account except that $1,000. I am still waiting to see what lies I will hear and hoops I have to jump through to get the last of my funds out of the grasp of PNC Bank.

I wish I could give a one star rating for a Flower Mound Texas location at the corner of FM 2499 and FM 1171, The worst bank in the history of banks. No one is friendly, drive up tellers are border line rude and SO SLOWWWWWW. Plan on moving to another bank after waiting 12 minutes for a simple deposit with no one else in drive thru.

PNC just purchased my mortgage, which I was notified of on May 5th. As of today my account is still not loaded in their system and therefore I cannot make a payment. Their solution is for me to keep calling back until my account has been inputted or at their convenience. Really, this is my first taste of their competence, efficiency and professionalism. To top it off this is the 3rd time my mortgage has been sold and I have to go thru the agony of another uncaring financial institution with no accountability. I have always made my payment by phone on the first of each month, never been late, and they want to charge me $7 to make that payment. How ridiculous, unprofessional and uncaring can one get. I would never ever do any banking business with them. They are right up there with B of A and Wells Fargo when it comes to character.

I must say I enjoy going to my local PNC branch in Oakton, VA. Almost always Pedro helps me. He indulges me with light conversation in Spanish. He is most helpful and I always walk out smiling. The staff is such a pleasure.

More fun w/ PNC -- NOT! Went to the bank today to do a direct transfer of IRA funds to another custodian. Sat in the drive through for 45 minutes, literally, waiting for a check made out to the new custodian fbo me. Staff said they couldn't make out the check to anyone but me, which would have meant taking a distribution of my IRA (with all the attendant tax consequences). I did not want a distribution; I wanted to preserve my retirement plan account. After some back and forth with the new custodian and the PNC Bank staff by phone after I left, I was told I had to call PNC Customer Service. I waited an hour on the phone for a customer service rep, and then was transferred to someone in their IRA department. Bottom-line: The local banks are not authorized to cut a check to another custodian/trustee; it has to come from "IRA Operations" and is all done through the mail. They will not wire the funds, even though the amount is close to $170,000. And, of course, the money is not earning interest for me while it is in the mail, but it is earning interest for PNC until the check is received and cashed. (They are making money on the money.) Take a look at PNC's track record online. BBVA was great to do business with ... until they were recently acquired by PNC. I am glad that I will not be a customer much longer.

We were so glad when PNC bought the crappiest retail bank alive, BBVA. However, things are only worse with PNC. Our closest branch in McKinney, Texas is on Virginia St, and you can't get anyone to help you. I guess this is a union bank. Our online banking app is always locking us out and my wife and I have been to a branch 4 time in the last 4 weeks to get back online. To put it crudely, I would rather take soapy showers in a maximum security prison than bank with these morons. We are moving all our business and personal accounts to Bank of America today. If you are thinking about banking with PNC, just go ahead and get a colonoscopy or a root canal. I assure you both would be more pleasant than the frustration of banking with PNC.

THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW: This bank took over BBVA which I had had no problems with in the many years that I was with them for. Since PNC bank has taken over it's been 20 minute calls that while I'm on hold the calls get dropped. I've yet to actually get a live human being in the Prescott and the Prescott Valley branches, at the only phone numbers that you can call them at. The bank manager in Prescott Arizona, I called and left a message on his voicemail on Friday 10-22-21 and again hours before that bank even opened up on Monday 10-25-21. I've never had a call back since. I've withdrawn a substantial amount of my money and the only reason I'm keeping money in there now is due to the fact that I've got some checks left which I can use towards rent otherwise I would have completely closed my account. The lines alone in the Prescott and the Prescott Valley branch a couple of weeks ago were good 30 to 40 minutes long just to simply get to the one or two tellers that were there. I would not recommend this bank to anybody.

PNC bank is RACIST. My husband went in and they refused to help him because his name wasn't one of your standard basic white American names. They would not open an account for him and literally mispronounced his name 30 times even after he corrected them several times. The lady who was talking to him eventually just said that she wasn't sure is he should be banking here because she didn't think his English was good enough to Bank with PNC. HE HAS BEEN SPEAKING ENGLISH FOR 15 YEARS AND HAS A DEGREE IN IT. I am absolutely disgusted by the way he was treated and this entire racist xenophobic bank should be shut down.

Don't know much about this bank location other than the homeless like to hang out in the atm room. Kind of annoying and uncomfortable but so far nothing has happened.

Would have given these clowns a zero if that was possible. I was an online customer and opening the account, login once the account was established and then ultimately closing the account was a nightmare. If you call "customer service" (that department name is a joke for them), be prepared to spend a minimum of 40 minutes on hold to either talk to someone or give them time to look-up information. I never did get resolution to my problem despite five calls and numerous emails. I am still awaiting my return call from the escalation team, which I am now certain will never happen (by design). You need to run away from this bank as soon as possible.

We had a HELOC loan through PNC Bank that has been closed to drawing against for several years and we have been paying down the balance at a faster rate then required and have never missed a payment. We are attempting a refinance and PNC would not subordinate, so we paid off the PNC loan. Now PNC is being difficult with providing a zero demand or paid in full letter and a copy of the reconveyance. The crazy thing is that they could have subordinated and continued to receive interest on the HELOC rather than have a very unhappy customer who would not usually write a Yelp review.
