There is absolutely no way to speak to anyone. Customer service is terrible. If you don't have an appointment, they make you wait, EVEN WHEN THE WAITING ROOM IS EMPTY. While waiting 2 other walk ins came in and now there are 3. NO ONE ELSE IS IN THE WAITING ROOM. They could have handled all 3 by the time an appointment arrived.
Absolutely ridiculous that the staff talks loudly about patients who don't have an appointment, yet when you call in for assistance or questions, they don't allow you to speak to anyone, its all automated. So if you seriously do not want walk ins, people need to be available to speak to. Jobs require drug testing to be done in 5 days. No offense, its time sensitive and with NO customer service, you are forced to accept what they offer.

I had a really great experience at 3050 n 5th st Quest diagnostics with the two professional ladies up there, very clean place, excellent service, very polite, good vibe and a lot of attention to details. I recommend this specific place. Because 1110 rockland the service is very bad and the two ladies up there are always fighting with the customers and very disrespectful

The woman that did blood draw was awesome. I can't remember her name she told me. She said she was in charge of Fairgrounds Square location. Loved her!! No bruises afterwards and great personality.

The actual visit and staff were great. The real issue is that there is absolutely no signage to indicate where it's located and the GPS takes you all over fairgrounds to try to find it. For those who are trying to locate this place, it's at the end of the building with planet fitness and super shoes!

My diagnostic tech - Denise - was fabulous. I would recommend her to anyone. Quest is fast, easy, and does an amazing job - make sure to have an appointment - you are in and out!!
