Sometimes great service needs to be honored and mentioned! I had the pleasure of seeing a young lady named Debbi. She was an absolute rockstar! With the busy season people were coming in one after another! She was so professional and communicated so well! I walked in stressed and after watching her work and not cut corners it made me respect and really think about her position. I am happy with her attitude during a stressful time and quest is lucky to have her! Good job Debbi you made my day by being a beautiful positive person!

Had almost all good experiences here until the other day. It became obvious that the phlebotomist had no idea how to share my lab results with my specialist and primary care physician. First insisted I have their fax Number. Then told me to get the results from my account and share them myself. I use a different Quest and this is never an issue. She leaves the room and comes back minutes later with a form and tells me to fill out each one to have my results mailed to the doctors. We all know snail mail takes forever! I stood up and took my lab slips back to go to my usual Quest. When I asked for her name to report this experience, she jumped up and said she was calling the police!I have never experienced anyone threatening to do this when they are incompetent at their job!Will return to my usual Quest. If this happens again, I will find another lab.I would never recommend this location or that phlebotomist to anyone!

I came in as a walk in and was told that I would be seen today. After an hour and a half of waiting I asked one of the nurses what my status was. She became extremely condescending towards me and acted as if I was dumb when I asked a question! She kept telling me to go somewhere else, even after I told her my work mailed me a QR code for this location and this location only!! Never coming back here again! The nurses here are disrespectful and don’t care to help you!

I tried to do a walk in appointment, got their first no one was around. They waited 10 minutes for the 630 to show up at 6:40. Then at 7:10 AM I was told you may want to make an appointment or try Wyomissing. That way you don’t have to sit here all day.The nurse told me several times to go try Wyomissing

First, I have typically had good experiences at this location, so I am giving it 3 stars. If I was basing it on my last 2 visits, it would be a lot lower.I made an appointment for 6:40 on a Wednesday morning. That's not an easy time for me, but it was the only appointment available and I needed to get my fasting bloodwork done before I had to be at work. That day, after I got there and checked in, the internet went down. Because my order was electronic, it couldn't be accessed and so I had to leave for work since I couldn't wait for the internet. I tried again on Saturday morning as a walk in because there were no appointments. After about 1 1/2 hours, they still couldn't get to me so I had to leave since I was approaching the end of my fasting time frame. I ended up scheduling an appointment the following week at the office in Wyomissing and it went perfectly. It was disappointing that I had to go so far out of my way to actually get an appointment and get my bloodwork done.

Horrible customer service. Might as well not have walk ins because they never see you.. if you plan to get sick in advance, you can schedule your blood work. Never going there again.

Scheduled appointment online, 2 days out. When I arrived I checked in on my phone and was simple and easy. Waited no more than 5 minutes and was taken back. The young lady was very friendly and professional. I don't know why all the bad reviews.Will definitely be returning when needed in the future.

I went today January 6 2023 at 8:50 am, Exeter branch. No one was in the parking lot or inside Quest. I was a walk in. I was told I had to make an appointment to be a walk in. CONFUSED. Then I am not a walk in I am an appointment. I was told the next appointments available was not till Wednesday or Friday next week. I called Pottstown and my new appointment is Monday.

Place is the worst don't have anybody at front when walk in have to make appointment by phone have check in electronically. I'll bet this is to save money so big wigs can get big raises &salaries &keep shareholders happy worst place ever!

This place is the worst diagnostics lab ever. My father made an appointment, had the appointment on his phone when he arrived. They said there was no appointment in their system and there was no one there. The woman was SO rude and said she was filled for walkins but it was EMPTY. The office manager was just mad because she had to work the day after thanksgiving and was extremely curt with my father. She was so rude to someone who is simply trying to get his urinalysis to GET HIS JOB. This is the worst professional services ever. Absolutely horrific. Book another venue. This woman should be fired and and not allowed to be customer facing for a very long time.

The people at this location are cordial enough. However, their billing department turned me over to collections even after they admitted they weren't submitting to my insurance correctly. (They gave me a new birthdate.)When my mother went here, they sent the test results to a different doctor in a different town!

This location is phenomenal! My wife and I had to get our 9 month old blood work, and even though we were walk-ins, they took us immediately. Getting blood from a baby is challenging, but the employees at this location took their time to ensure everything was done safely and correctly. I was very impressed by the bedside manner and the professionalism. I couldn't thank them enough!

Complaint is about Corporate, not this location. Wanted more information on the regarding specific Lyme disease testing. Was told at this office all I needed to do was look on website. Nothing came up when searched. So I called and the insisted that they will not give any information unless I had the laboratory code. So...I had to know exactly what different tests that they offered in order to find out about the types Lyme tests they had??? I was not asking for information regarding an individual, just what testing service that they were providing for what I would be PAYING FOR!
