Wish I could just leave a half star because I can't even make an appointment here, they keep forwarding my calls to a full inbox, the automated appointment bot sucks, and I cannot navigate their website. Terrible service. Would not recommend. In fact I would say don't go here they will probably injure you somehow idk.

I had a great experience. The ladies working there were very kind, patient, and professional. They made the process quick and confortable, and their positive actitude really stood out. Exellent service. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely horrible. I scheduled an appointment. I came in for my appointment on time and they have no information in regards to my appointment. They turn me down did not reschedule and said they will not help me. Even though I did everything right and had insurance I had a confirmation code and everything for my appointment and they said they had no record of me having an appointment even after showing the 3 emails to confirm it.

Staff are exceptional!! Waiting area is very small and hot. Poor air circulation. No one at window to answer questions. Contact data online is invalid.

Arrived at my appointment 10 minutes before my daughters 8:30 appointment and its 9am and im still waiting. Whats the point of making and appointment if your going to be behind on patients. Terrible place! Will never come here again!!!

Arrived at 9:30 for my appointment time at 9:40. I came hydrated to the appointment so I would be able to provide a urine sample easily. around 9:50 I was still waiting to be called back and was starting to feel like I could no longer hold my bladder. I decided to get up and knock on the door when one worker came to me. I explained that I was quite literally about to pee my pants and she said I was not allowed to use the bathroom and had to wait. She also barely spoke english and didn’t understand what I was saying. I finally was taken back to my appointment and asked politely if I could use the bathroom first. I was denied yet again. After paperwork was completed I was allowed to use the bathroom. After giving my sample the worker told me my pee was clear and it appeared I was too hydrated and would probably have to come back for another sample. I believe you are supposed to be hydrated for a urine sample and a healthy urine color is clear to pale yellow which mine was. This worker also barely spoke english. It was extremely clear that all of the workers did not know english as their first language. I will never return to this diagnostic center. The day after giving my sample I called back to see if my results were in. The phone didn’t even ring, went straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full so there is no way to reach quest. HORRIBLE customer service !!

Today was my first time at this location, and I will definitely be using them as my primary place to go when needing blood work. Julissa was my phlebotomist, and she was so kind and cheerful (especially for first thing in the morning!) and she was done in minutes. I barely felt a thing as well. I had made an appointment online, and they were able to get me back and in the chair within 5 minutes of the appointment time. Altogether a good experience !! Especially as someone who gets the jitters with any medical appointments :-)

Absolutely terrible service. It it complete chaos every time you go in there. The waiting area is small and no matter if you have an appointment you are waiting over your appointment time about 35 min or more. The staff is extremely rude and will argue with you when you have questions and kiosk is always broken. Will not be returning to this location for future lab work.

This place sucked they had us all in there waiting for our walk in then told us it’s only appointments. The number doesn’t even work for appointments .
