Very tacky. No greeting, just stares .This location only has a very small selection for curvy women. If you're curvy, this is not the location for you. However, it's a huge selection for children.

The workers are very rude and unprofessional. Nobody greets you as a customer. Theyâre always talking in Spanish at the counter. On top of that, there are no fitting rooms. I reported the staff months ago to the Corporate office, and they did nothing. Not shopping there again. And why do the company only employ Spanish speaking staff? Makes no sense.

As A Person Who works in retail and customer service you should at least acknowledge your customers and not one single person that works in that store says hello to you. Ask if you need any help. There are too busy having conversations amongst each other. Hi shopping at store quite often and it's never a pleasant experience. You have workers on their cell phones talking to, their significant others about things that happened in the store and you have the cashiers standing around eating chitchatting amongst each other while there's a line of people waiting to get checked out don't say hello to you. They don't even look at you. They don't tell you your total they don't say thank you it's the worst customer service I've ever experienced I was recently in there today and I was the only person standing in that line. There was three people behind the register two of them were counting cash. The other one was standing there eating chips. I stood there at least five minutes, waiting to pay for my stuff. Please train your staff and employees to have a little bit of decency on the customers that are actually keeping that place open. If it wouldn't be for the customers coming in there to shop those employees wouldn't have a job. Just my opinion

Terrible customer service. The cashier was so rude. I might as well have not been standing there during the entire interaction. She chatted with her coworkers behind the counter the entire time. Didnât tell me the total so I had to ask her. Made a whole scene because I didnât want my receipt (yes Iâm well aware of returns but the clothes are not expensive so I usually donate what I donât keep) as Iâm walking away saying she couldâve just thrown it away she goes âexcuse me?â Trying to make a scene in front of everyone. Girl please, you're at work, act like it. We arenât two people hanging out. No form of Professionalism. I donât care how small a job is there should still be a certain level of professionalism.

In this store on Penn St, they have bad customer service, all of them are Puerto Ricans for some reason and when one as a customer claims their rights, all are one voice from their supervisor, it is unfortunate that customers from countries other than theirs do not they can buy comformes, they should take action on that issue. very bad custumer service
