I had take my car there 3 weeks ago and got it back a few days ago, they didn’t do the best job i had to take my car back because headlights and other parts were loose.. then i had to take my car a 3 time because the paint job was awful i had bubbles all over my bumper and hood.. and i was told by them that it happen because clear coating was wet… SO IF CLEAR COATING WAS WET WHY YA GAVE IT TO ME SAYING IT WAS READY!! Also some parts could be fixed and they rather get new parts to get more from insurance besides that they will stay with your auto oem parts which it shouldn’t be like that.. is my car all the parts OEM belong to me not to you that’s stealing..

This place is a JOKE!! Do not take your car here! I’ve been waiting for a part for my nissan rouge 2021 for months now, all i have been to this place when I call is patient! They said they have been waiting for a part this has been going for months now! They said its back ordered from the manufacturer. I called Nissan itself and they were able to find me the part and it will be available in 3 days! Yes 3 days and I already have it scheduled for install!! Reading Collision do better pls! You will continue to loss customers if you keep your business this way!

Don't bother taking your car there. They'll throw away your parts before you approve anything. They threw away my rear door and bumper cause they thought it was trash. The bumper understandable, cause i was in a rear crash. Though nothing wrong with the door they threw it away anyway. They will also withold information when dealing with insurance. They dont have cameras so make sure you record. Cause the body shop manager will lie. And once you tell them you would like to record they accuse you of threatening their safety. Which would be solved with cameras. Piazza Honda own them and if you notice there's no cameras in piazza either. It would be there word over yours. Straight up scummy.
