Jess at the store did such a great job helping me out and customizing my boots with the proper insoles and explaining everything .she really took the time to explain things and was so nice ! 10/10 I’ll only ever buy red wing

We’ve had a very pleasant experience with the young lady working this morning. She was beyond helpful! I thought stores ran with multiple employees? The poor girl was getting overwhelmed but still trying her very best to give the customers a fair and equal experience. My wife & I felt incredibly sorry for her since she was helping about 6 customers at a time.

Blake is a good representative of services provided by Red Wing. He greeted me and my girlfriend immediately and was attentive to ensuring I was taken care of. He was willing to bring different sizes for each boot I tried and a good conversationalist!

The staff at papermill road redwing was phenomenal. They took the time to make sure I got the boot that worked best for my foot. The product was great, but the customer service was even better! Highly recommend to anybody who is on their feet all day. Comfort is key, and these boots feel great!

I don't really go out of my way to make these reviews but man... I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes left with all the recommendations up-sales and all! Got a 3D view of my foot for the insole. Blake is the man! Would 10/10 recommend this location and my guy Blake!

I had an amazing experience shopping at Red Wing. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by Jess and asked what I was looking for. After I stated what I was looking for right off the bat she was able to point me in the right direction. Along with the technology that showed where the pressure is distributed when you walk helping pick the perfect boot for you and the amazing customer service provided by Jess today. I have to say I am extremely satisfied and would recommend for any of your work boot needs!! Jess thank you for making my experience a great one!
