Rich went above and beyond to accommodate me during my car buying experience. He is genuine, trust worthy, and full of class. The world needs more people to run a business like Rich. I met with Jeff, he handled sales and business with me, he is very nice, prompt, patient and very reliable. He treated me nicely and answered all my concerns.

We needed an accessible car ASAP. Googled our area & found Rich’s. It was a Sunday but we went to look around anyway. Saw one that looked like a prospect so we went back on Monday. Met Rich & Jeff & told them our situation. They gave us an in-site to accessible cars we had never thought about. We were ready to buy but said we needed some time to digest all the info they had given us. No problem stop back or call anytime was their suggestion. A day or so later we got a call from Jeff telling us they had a late model Honda coming in that might suit our needs. It did, made a deal & a few days later we took it home. It was a fully automated side loader with all the bells & whistles. Then I had second thoughts wondering if I should have given the rear loader more thought. So I called Jeff & expressed my dilemma. He said, no problem, come back & we’ll see what we can do to ease your mind. I went back & went through the whole process with the rear loader. Took it out for a drive after loading the scooter in it. Jeff talked to Rich & they were willing to rework the deal if I would have preferred to change. That’s customer service to be proud of. Rich, Jeff & all the folks at Rich’s are aces in our opinion. Our experience was as good as you could hope for. Do not pass up the opportunity to talk with these folks if you need, not just an accessible car, but any car or truck. You won’t be disappointed!!! (we kept the Honda)

The Rich's repair team, and Dana have impressed me with their honestly, workmanship, and convenience. I struggled for years to find a good mechanic after mine retired, jumping around to different shops, and was recommended to Rich's by a friend. After a couple of years of routine service with Rich's I am very happy with their results, and advice. They also send someone out to pick up your car for service --which is awesome. While I can't speak to buying a car here, I do recommend you give them a try for repairs if you are in the Greater Reading area!

This is the best experience I have had in Van sales. Jeff is a great salesman. Very Patient. They even bent backwards to accommodate my needs. I hope to buy Vans from them again and again. I drove the Van all the way to Maryland and the Van is super. They put 4 brand new tires on it and filled the tank up for me before I drove it out of their lot. The Customer service here is super.

We found a wheelchair van online at Rich’s Automotive in Reading, PA for my 2 disabled sisters who my husband and I take care of and needed a van that can transport 2 wheelchairs. We contacted Rich’s and scheduled a time to see the van, they were pleasant and informative. We drove 2 hours and the van was as described on the website and over the phone. After a test drive we purchased the van that day. The salesperson and owner were great and I would highly recommend this business. I felt they were honest and forthcoming. We have had the wheelchair van for over a week now and it has changed our lives. Thank you to Rich’s for providing this service and your kindness throughout the purchasing process.

Our company is based in the panhandle of Florida, so there was a lot of hesitation doing Business with a company we’ve not had dealings with and making a purchase sight unseen. However, after speaking with the owner numerous times, and looking at past reviews online, it was very clear that he was a very educated and a very honest individual. We bought the vehicle site unseen, and even flew one of our guys up there to drive it down not even putting eyes on it until well after the transaction has been done. Upon receiving the truck, it was exactly as promised. These guys are top notch, best in class, and I would highly recommend doing business with them.
