Never had issues with getting ahold of the pharmacy to speak to someone till a few month ago. Now today, since I’m trying to get ahold of the pharmacy for a prescription , no one answering and I been on the phone to get ahold of someone for an hour. Called the store itself to figure out why the pharmacy not answering their phone and nearly on hold for half hour now over a prescription that I need. This is ridiculous!

The pharmacy NEVER picks up their phone, even times that I went there waiting for my meds the phone was ringing and ringing and they never picked it up, they need to do better with that. If you have 4+ workers behind the counter one of them can at least pick up the phone. Customer Service sucks and I really hope they work on that. They are suppose to put their customer needs first. I literally called and called and then they picked up and put me on hold and I’m still on hold as I write this.

Went there 4 times and the girl behind the counter still could not get me my meds. Said I had no insurance but I just got medicine from patient first 2 days before. Went back in the morning at 8 when they open and the only lady back there said she can't open till the other girl shows up. She said she is late everyday and comes when ever she wants. How does she still have a JOB. I came to this place for years and I'm done. Called my doctor and got my medicine switched to cvs and before I got there they text me it was done. I got there and I was in and out in less then 2 mins. Rite Aid shut this place down and retrain your staff and hold them accountable for their actions.

Wedsite says 8 am for pharmacy hrs went there at 9 am and the cashier say they open at 10 am it’s 10:10 am and not one is even inside the pharmacy. I will definitely be changing to another pharmacy this is not the first time they don’t open when they are supposed to. Often occurrences in this location.

Pharmacist had the nerve to call and ask me why I switched to my new pharmacy with a not so friendly tone and then offered to deliver my ready medication which I kindly declined. She kept asking so I finally told her it’s the way they treat people. They’re talking or eating while the line is almost to the front of the store, the environment isn’t friendly anymore. You call the store and they barely pick the phone up and when they do majority of the time they hang up immediately. You are forced to call back to back to back.

They don't serve the customer through the drive tru, they leave it there as if nothing for an hour at least they should say I'll attend to it shortly it's about ?

Fantastic customer service from the front staff and the pharmacy. The pharmacist was kind and thorough ensuring I understood how to take the medication. Thank you! Grateful for you all in such a busy time.

They never answer the phone! They hardly ever have drive through open! So sick of this chain for pharmacy but CVS is worse.

Ghetto staff all around. These people could care less about customer service. Get better service at McDonalds. Switched to CVS because of the poor service here.
