My wife used to get her prescription from one of their other locations that closed. My wife has had numerous unpleasant experiences with someone at this store. The so called professional that answers the phone is a nasty person. The other day my wife lost her cool with this person and she was upset by this so called human being.I see by some reviews that she is well known for be very rude to people that ask questions over the phone. If she doesn't like to answer questions or talk to customers then quit your job and stop being unprofessional. Rite aid needs to find out who this person is because I am considering contacting corporate about this person. I also advise for other people that have had problems with this so called human being to contact corporate as well.I refuse to let someone belittle my wife. Get another job and work for Uber eats or door dash so you don't have to answer phones and be rude. I bet she wouldn't do this to someone in person. I am being really nice here because what I really want say, wouldn't make me any better then this waste of space that works for Rite Aid.

Staff is perfect, but a drag trying to fill hard to get medications. A smaller pharmacy I recently found hasn't had this issue when I am forced to go to them. Will be going to them with all my medications for now on.

First time going, to the pharmacy since we got transfer due to our old pharmacy closing and it was the wost experience ever! I was there last week and I'm still waiting for my prescription to be done!

I can see why this company is going bankrupt. I was picking up my daughters prescription went through the drive through. Got there @ 120. They close at 130 for lunch. I proceed t9 wait. While 5 employees were there and pressed the call button twice. No one came while there standing there and kept looking at me. At 135 an employee finally came over and proceeded to apologize and told me that they were closing for launch and they're sorry that I had to wait because the person that was in the checkout inside couldn't get their card to go through and they couldn't help me because they were closing for lunch.I mean you know that is b******* she told me she couldn't help me. Customers come FIRST!!! THERE WAS NO REASON WHY THE OTHER EMPLOYEES COULDNT HELP IN THE MEANTIME
She told me I could come back at 2 o'clock. I said, well, I'm leaving for vacation. That's why I wanted to pick it up.And she said that she could not help me

I have problems every time I get a script filled there. Most recent was this past Thursday, I was told they were out of stock of a script and “I” had to call the other Rote Aid Pharmacies in the area to locate who had them. Frustrating! When I DID find the store that had them in stock, I called, cycled six times through the IVR to talk to someone and a guy answered and when I told him I found a pharmacy that had them and told him I needed them released to them because I was on that side of town and they could have it filled in 10 minutes… I got a hard time from him.
It’s a shame when you get STAT scripts called in and you are unable to pick them up within an hour after… with them my script is called in at 9 am I call EVERY TIME at 2pm only to be told it will be ready for 6pm OR BY 10am the next day.
Prescriptions are a lifeline for us, and our pharmacist is just as important as our doctors. If you can’t meet or exceed an expectation, then I don’t care how long it takes you, give the patient a call. I would have NEVER of known that the script was on back order if I had not been persistent and kept hitting “3” to talk to a pharmacist.
No matter on me contacting customer service via twitter Facebook or whatever because I read through the reviews, and you have done nothing to improve anything.
My final question is: since there is such horrible service at this location, is it closing? I do not see much stock being refilled in the store in the last few weeks other than seasonal items???
Good day and I look forward to calling in every week for my scripts like I always do!

Not sure who’s been answering the phone lately but she has a huge attitude problem made me feel like I was being scolded at for asking if my prescription was ready and like almost afraid to call back just because I don’t want to be belittled again. apparently a couple of my friends have been having the same experience. When I figure out who it is and put her name on here full blast and I’m just about ready to switch to another location she’s just nasty and mean and a bunch of words to describe her that I can’t put in here without being censored
