Loss prevention wanna be cop in a bullet proof vest(it's not that serious) tried to body block me then grab at my bag when I said no thank you to giving him my receipt and telling him it's illegal to do what he was doing. Technically I could have called the cops on him for trying to assault and steal from me.
What the heck is wrong with Ross? Treating your customers like criminals and spending money on a wanna be cop rather than improving the quickness of the line is a dumb move. It drives customers away and drives sales down.
Never going to another Ross.

I feel like they have nothing decent for men. All shoes are always the same wierd brand. Same with the dress shirt always with crazy patterns nothing nice like they did before.

I got asked by an older gentleman in loss prevention for my receipt. The man literally watched me pay for all two of my items at the register and asked to see my receipt. I refused and he said he had to. I said no and he said he was gonna put a complaint in. I don't know how because he didn't have my name. The line was really long, only one cashier and a manager even came up, saw how busy it was and just walked away. No help came the other 15 minutes I was in line before I was asked for a receipt for no reason. Never again. Company policies need to be reviewed terribly.

Ross has some good buys. You do have to hunt for them but for those on a budget this is a nice place to go.
