This is the worst surcursar that I have ever visited, they can give you the best service, they are always busy, they have two secretaries, they should hire more staff, a super large line and the women are there. Always angry, the one on 5 is better

Absolutely the worst customer service ever they should just close this branch down. No tellers for 45 minutes and they want you to have a seat and wait till they come back from lunch, ask an employee if she could help us her response "THATS NOT MY JOB" very poor customer service.. FIRE ALL OF THEM...

Santander is easily one of the worst banking institutions available in the U.S. Good luck getting transferred back and forth between their collections and customer service department. Neither department can speak on what the other department is telling you, and their customer service department is terrible. You would think trying to give a bank your money would be easy. Nope! They'll find a way to mess everything up.

the staff need an attitude check, i feel bad for the employee that just tries to do her job. i’m going to switch banks, this banks online system sucks. the app works fine.

Why is everyone so rude, i need to make a change on my account me and wife sit out side of office just one open, tracy walks by us twice no good morning no how can i help you, she sat with someone else i asked nicely do we just wait travy says " for what" very unprofessional why so rude. Get a different job if you hate it there im a customer over 10years maybe not anymore!!!

Bank is Horrible should have stayed with Diamond credit union the wait for you own check deposit takes forever so I'm always in dept with them with over drafts and you get paid Fridays instead a day earlier this Bank Sucks Go To A Credit Union

Was told I could come in without appointment so I did and they “could not” assist me because they were “busy” but there were no other customers other than me and someone that apparently did have an appointment. I don’t like how I spent money to get there because I was told I could and I came right after calling.

Customer service is ok. 2 of the staff is nice and helpful, the young girl is disrespectful and not helpful at all.They vouch reed street parking as the street par3is a nightmare and the parking authority is always trying to ticket you even before the courtesy minutes are over

So I applied for loan with this outfit my god the worst experience ever!! To begin with they don’t call you back you have to call them, all there reply’s are done by mail. This process took just about a month. Everytime I called back it was in review then it was they need this now. So finally as of today I was declined why I asked cause they can’t verify income on a short length of time they need atleast 2yrs. of employment. I said this is the same type of job I have had for 22yrs. But Ok then how can I conditionally next approved because I spell out my history in length on the application!! Jackasses!! Never waste my time again
