I came here with my fiancé to get food and nicotine like we always do. The food was good. But when my fiancé went to buy nicotine she asked for my ID also because I walked in with him. Thought it was weird but whatever. She looks at my ID for 2 seconds, DOESNT SCAN IT, puts the ID on the table and backs away saying she’s declining the transaction and that my ID looks fake. She gets her supervisor and he says he’s not at the register often he doesn’t look at IDs often, doesn’t know what to look for and that it maybe looks a little off. Still nobody scanned it. Also have my carrying license which also clearly shows that I’m over 21. Literally use my ID all the time at this place but guess I won’t be coming anymore

We had an organized group of motorcycles with police across the street and 10-20 motorcycles stopped here to get gas and food. But they chose to yell on the intercom to leave their property for no reason at all. Guess our money isn't green enough 🤷♂️

We paid $10 per burrito and they are half the size they used to be. A single donut is about $3. we will never return here, even for gas. how dumb do you think your customers are ?

January 16.... Thanks To Supervisor Josh, for His Friendly and professional Service this frigid morning. The coffee was hot and fresh, and I was surprised when Josh said have a Good Day, the coffee is free.

Tried calling the manager but it won’t even let me call the store. I submitted my order at 2:13am ….why did i not get out of there until 2:45?! and mind you, I was the only person there when i submitted my order. 5 different employees looked at and watched me stand there waiting that whole time and didn’t say anything. The reason for this review is because this isn’t the first time this has happened. i don’t understand how we could be so idiotic and rude. you see someone standing there with nothing in their hands for almost half an hour and don’t think to ask them why they’re waiting. This store is so lucky for being 2 minutes away from my house and no other Sheetz are closer because if there was another one closer I would never come to this store again. Thank you to all of the employees that were there tonight glaring and side-eyeing me and let my food sit there for almost half an hour, especially that red-haired girl that lied to me the last time and let my food sit there even after i asked if it was done. (i knew it was done because i saw my name on the bag but she let it sit there)

I come here every morning for gas and a can of zyns. Today when purchasing zyns, I used tap pay, and according to the cashier the payment “didn’t go through”. since I used Apple Pay I got a notification of where when and how much was withdrawn from my account. 5.80 was withdrawn from my account, I tried showing the cashier this but they wouldn’t listen. I took the zyn I payed for and left. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on. I don’t have time in the morning before work to argue if I payed for something or not when my banks app litterally says I payed for it.

Good as a convenience store but orders placed there are almost always incorrect. Recently I placed an order online and waiting 45 before they finally told me they lost the order. Never got the order and they charged my CC. They just kinda seem to struggle with the basics. Wawa is right next door...might be a better experience.

Place is usually clean lately, as most stores should be at 3a.m. New coffee bar is a no no. It gives “trying too hard to be WaWa and Rutters” vibes. Coffee foams while brewing, which is ok for some I guess. In the past, the loudspeaker telling patrons to “leave or they are calling the police” could be heard while sitting at the red light at the intersection. Not a good vibe. Yelling is the norm for some inside the store early in the morning. Grates on the nerves, especially when it’s dead silent prior. Self checkouts are iffy. Due to the cleanliness factor lately (it was not usually clean before) i am sure other improvements will be made to draw in the business.

Whiny staff making excuses for sloppy service. Partial food orders completed TEN minutes before other items even started and then when you try to complain they look at you like your expectations are out of line. They shouldn't be allowed to display the token "TCF" plaque; this idea used to mean something.
