In January and February of 2024, I took some firearms and ammunition to Smith’s to be sold as consignment. After discussing the situation, Mr. Smith and I agreed on a payment plan. As the items began to sell, I visited the shop weekly to collect the agreed upon weekly amount. A few weeks later, Mr. Smith began to not pay the full agreed upon amount, even though the firearms and ammunition had been selling. I brought this issue up to Mr. Smith on multiple occasions, but no attempt was made to rectify the payment deficit. When I attempted to collect payments in December, Mr. Smith became confrontational, and kicked me out of the shop on two occasions. Based on our agreement, this business transaction should have concluded in November 2024; however, there is still an outstanding balance of over $1800.
MAY 2025 UPDATE: After initially making email contact in March in response to this review, I was told that this would be resolved and the check would be sent out. However, it has been three months and even after following up again in April I have not received a check or heard anything further from Smith's.

Warning: 14 weeks passed, owner kept stalling as to delivery of items paid and supposedly ordered by them! He never did what was discussed. Bottom line he returned money and gave less than given when order was placed!! Shister! No Trust! Makes me wonder about his credentials, lack of, everything he told us we had to wait for his daughter Haley. BEWARE!!!!!
