I’ve always been “ that skinny guy “ never thought I had any possible chance of having any type of definition in my body but meeting Cash last year has taught and showed me alot . I say this place has changed my life and I absolutely would recommend joining if you are ready for an abundance of support and guidance in being fit and healthy , Cash not only loves building people up physically but also mentally !! The conversations are uplifting and enlightening in so many ways I’ve learned my potential is limitless and being a member of this facility definitely plays a huge part in me growing as a person . 24 hour acces is unbeatable as I am a very busy person with an inconsistent schedule, all in all this place deserves 10 stars if it was possible !!!

The perfect gym! Everything you want in a gym including a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. There is even a barbershop in there! One of the best haircuts I've ever had. If I lived in Reading I'd be there everyday

My training with Cash has been more than what I expected. His guidance has helped me understand the process of getting healthy and developing muscles. Maria provided me with a great meal plan that fits my vegetarian lifestyle. I’m going to stay with So Fit Club forever. They are a great at what they do.

This is the place to come for healthy lifestyle changing habits. Not only do they train you to exercise but also they keep a close eye on what impacts your weight and health to provide guidance on what you can change to improve your diet. They make you feel comfortable like part of a family. This has helped me tremendously in keeping my self accountable in maintaining a healthier lifestyle.

A very equipped gym, great supportive environment and team! I’ve only started working with Cashmere less than two months ago, and the results are incredible in such a short amount of time! Cashmere and Maria (nutritionist) keep me on my toes on diet plans and exercise plans that works specifically for my body and goals. They keep me motivated, accountable, and push me to be the best version of myself. I recommend them for anyone who is willing to put the in the work and ready to see a change.

I’ve been a member for a few years now, so trust me when I say THIS IS THE BEST GYM I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Let me tell you why..It’s clean. It’s spacious. It has so many equipments that you can choose from. The gigantic mirror on the wall that’s great for those cute pics (ladies, you know what I’m talking about). The vibe of the gym itself is immaculate!! I JUST LOVE IT! Let me not forget to mention the most important reason of them all.. CASH IS THE BEST! ?I wanted to give up so many times on this weight-loss journey when I first started, and Cash’s motivation has kept me going! My mindset on working out has completely changed and now I love it!!SO FIT CLUB is just IT. IT’S THE SPOT. 100/100 I highly recommend! ☺️

So fit is more like a family atmosphere, Cash is the best and keeps you on your toes. I have been going there for almost 4 months and I love my results. Definitely the place to go to to get your summer body on point.

Best gym! Best trainer! If u want results So Fit Clubs the place to go.! Cashmere banks is honestly the CEO of Trainer's. He's all in always. Since starting So Fit club, my mind and body has been in the best shape of my life. And it's always improving every time I step in that gym I feel like time stops.Literally a hyperbolic time chamber. Out of all the gyms I’ve been too, this has been my best experience. I have lost more weight here in 3 months then I have in years. Cash pushes you to do your best and develops your work ethic. He makes a great diet plan and teaches you how to get fit. I will be coming back again when I am in need of help.
