Placed an online order, get to the store and they say they don't have it. My card had a pending charge. So I decided to place another order. My original order total was like 36$, she tells me 62$ was my new total. How did my price double?? I refused to pay until it was fixed. She tells me there's no manager in the store and she's been alone all day. She's clearly frustrated and trying to leave. She made the sandwiches horribly. I don't blame her, I blame her managers for leaving her alone. Shifts should always have a manager on duty. Don't know how they got a 4.0 rating. Won't be back again and I definitely will be getting all my money back!!

Ordered $50 worth of food and they called and said they only have wheat bread so I asked for a refund. Was told I can try but they don't know how to refund my money. Asked to transfer my order to a different subway...nope. Finally they called their manager and was told to prep bread for the order. We picked up the order and it was missing an entire sandwich then they argued that they made them all when clearly they didn't. So they made the missing sub with all the wrong ingredients. It use to be a good subway to go to until about a year ago. They never get the orders right so I took a break from going there and when we tried again it was a disaster. Will literally never spend my money in that subway again and we use to use them for parties and everything

Called to see what the soup of the day was. And it was my favorite, the broccoli and cheddar. So I hopped in my car just to drive here and find out they're out......why couldn't you tell me that over the phone!!!!

Like other had said they don’t take coupons that didn’t bother me at all. What did bothered was the attitude this girl had. Terrible! Customer service -10. Girl leave that job you hate it. Last time I will go here. Don’t recommend.

They did not take coupons and did not have a sign-up saying they didn't take them. When I was checking out, when my sandwich was already made, the girl said they don't take them. I could have saved $5.00. I am never stepping foot in that place again. And I highly do not recommend eating here.

The employee was very good. Sometimes it can be difficult to get what you request.... But she gave me what I asked for but it was a steak and cheese and it wasn't heated up enough.

Subway send coupons to use in the store and this is the only store I know they don’t take the subway coupons and they don’t know why I ask for the manager the girl said he’s not here I say, what’s his name she says pinkish this is his name he told us not to take coupons with no reason whyNot coming back to this subway

Way too pricey for the little you get. Go to Wawa and pay $2 less per sandwich and get more meat and cheese! $10+ for a foot long with no extras is ridiculous.
