This review is for the Starbucks within the exeter target. My daughter had spilled our coffees in the cart and I asked the Starbucks employees for a towel to clean the mess up. The girl behind the counter was incredibly rude stating they only had napkins at the end of the counter. I stated that napkins were not working my to clean the mess up we already tried that we needed a towel to absorb the coffee mess. This girl’s tone became condescending and increasingly rude and louder as she repeated they only have napkins at the end of the counter or I need to go to guest services. I am appalled by the blatant rude treatment and tone by the employee and honestly am just frustrated with the way people now speak and address one another. There was no effort given to offer assistance or just speaking in a friendly manner. We will no longer be frequenting this target/starbucks because this isn’t the first time we’ve encountered rude awful employees at this location. I will say the guest service gentlemen were very kind and quick to help me with the coffee mess so I commend them and suggest the Starbucks employees receive better customer service training.

Rude cashier and even ruder manager that had zero customer service experience. They had something marked 24.99 charged me 39.99 I told them marked wrong they both stood and argued with me in front of everyone..wouldn't even go look at their mistake..

I went to this target last night to get my wife her Christmas gift. The sign on the shelf read buy one get one 50% off and it was the last day of the sale. When I went to checkout, the lady told me I needed to be a circle member, so I created and account and waited in the long line AGAIN. It was finally my turn and the sale still did not come up. Then a RUDE lady came over and told me Pikachu was not included in the sale and that I couldn't get it unless I paid full price. (Nowhere did it say pikachu was excluded and she didnt even check). I bought the Marril and later went back to return it. Even after I told them Pikachu was ON THE SALE SHELF, 2 hours later they had still not removed him. These employees are lazy, rude, and do not honor THEIR mistakes. If you need pokemon squishmallows, take your business to best buy or Walmart, they're cheaper and honor their sales. I will NOT be going to Exeter target anymore.

i literally noticed the asset protection girl following us ???? (skinny girl with blonde hair and a big yellow jacket that said asset protection.) the only reason i could think of why she was following us was that my autistic sister gets loud when shes excited, but i cannot fathom any other reason we were being followed, nor do i think that is okay. i feel completely disrespected and wronged. will not be returning to this target. bye

Makenzie, in returns should have more training on her customer service skills. She acted superior and haughty. Her contempt for life seeped out around her smirk.
Shame on Target for hiring such a person. Do better, Makenzie!

Going downhill FAST. Zero cashiers, 2 out of 4 self checkouts open with one person just standing there watching them. Hello. Register train that person and have her ring up customers instead. No one at customer service and a huge line. Ridiculous. Also you should check your makeup section almost all was opened and used. Disgusting. This store needs a makeover and new management

If your site is saying a product IN STOCK then the product should be IN STOCK and on the shelves , lazy employees.

Wait time for pick up orders too long! Went to store twice & order was not bought out in timely manner. Then the app said the order was picked up when it wasn’t. Had to call store multiple times & got no answer. Finally was able to reach representative the next day & had to ask for supervisor to get my refund processed.

I live 5 minutes from this location and would rather travel to a location 20 minutes away than here. There is never any cashiers. The self checkout lines are terribly long because there aren't many actual people to assist when someone needs help. And they have the rudest most condescending reps in customer service who will not assist when the lines are impossibly long.After waiting 20+ minutes in line, and not even being able to checkout at customer service I walked out.

Excellent experience, staff is ALWAYS friendly and nice,the online ordering is easy and very user friendly! Their site alerts you if there is something out of stock,so it doesn't allow you to put the item in your cart, unlike other stores that allow you to put an item in your cart,only to find out the item is out of stock when you go to pick up your order. That is Not the case with Target!Targets online site is very up-front and easy to navigate no surprises when you go to pick up your order. Service is always consistently great!
