Ronnie from PC Man was very thorough in his problem solving of my computer and printer, and explained in detail some issues I had with the computer. He returned my call same day, showed up on time and was very personable. I would highly recommend the PC Man and best of all, his price was reasonable!

THE PC MAN (Ronnie Cremer), His computer knowledge went above and beyond the service that I had requested. He answered all of my computer and general electronic questions, including the recycling of outdated computers, by removing the old hard-drives; and how to stay safe from hackers, and more.
His services are more comprehensive and a-lot cheaper than signing a contract with DELL from India, who will set-up and service your computer over the internet.

I have been using the PC Man for 20 plus years for both my personal and busness computers. Some of my equipement and software was pretty old and Ronnie's knowledge of old computer language and systems was a real big help back in the begining. He has helped me efficiently update over the years to current hardware and software but in a way as to not waste money on things I did not really need. I have always been very happy with his maintenance service. Actually, that's why I am writing this review today, New Years Day. One of my business computers went haywire this morning and he could not fix it remotely so he came out today, on a holiday, and picked it up. It is an important computer for my operations and he is going to fix it back at the shop and bring it back to me in the norning. I don't think you can ask for more than that!
