Insanely rude customer service. Person at UPS counter cannot be bothered to acknowledge you when you’re right in front of them waiting. Rips open the box that was to be returned. Rolls eye the entire time while I’m getting the code for the return. Rather drive 10 more minutes to Staples any day than deal with that. Basic common courtesy goes a long way.

The guy at the desk just stared at me and sung about how he didn't wanna work while ignoring me. Until there was a line of 6 people behind me. And the other guy finally helped me.

This location is always busy. But the times I’ve been in everything was efficiently run, and was able to get what I needed to have done. Today I was met by a young man who in my eyes was doing everything right. Behind him was a middle-aged man who seemed more supervisory in nature. While the young man was asking me questions and supporting what I needed the middle-age man was consistently talking over him, repeating him louder and talking faster, creating an unnecessary, confusing and stressful situation. I had a moment to acknowledge the young customer service representative to say that manager‘s behavior is in no way helpful to anyone. I even left the store sort of stressed! I hope everyone slows down just a bit and takes an occasional deep breath.

Extremely Rude Staff. I asked where the where the next closet ups location was afree working 45 minutes and he didn’t even look at me and told me the location on Tuckerton Rd but that location was temporary closed when I arrived. One girl ahead of me and I were waiting while the guy completely ignored us for about 35 minutes. I was in the store for 45 minutes until I gave up and went to another location in Sinking Spring. I was in and out there and the staff there was very friendly. Both Locations should be the same. I work retail and how his customer service was not professional. I have heard many complaints from this location on how rude they are.

Horrible customer service! This was my very first time entering this place to return an item and it was not welcoming what so ever. The associate just stared blankly in my face as I was standing at the desk asking for help. It genuinely felt like pulling teeth. Why work in the customer service industry if you’re going to act like this .. ugh upsetting.
