This UPS store shares a building with a pharmacy. Lots of solutions for office needs, shipping, receiving, mailbox solutions, and more.The staff is very friendly, multilingual, and helpful.Parking, entrance, and exit are the biggest issues that people will probably have here. They do need a larger parking lot, eventually.When exiting, to make a left turn can be quite problematic due to oncoming traffic.

Would give zero stars if possible. My wife stopped by (1st time at this UPS location) to do an Amazon return. 1st she tried being courteous and tried holding a door open for an employee that was pushing a large cart towards the door, but he gruffly told her to get going and he can do it himself. 2ndly, the lady at the counter wouldnt help my wife with the return but told her to use the kiosk. Which is fine, except my wife had never used it before, and when she got it in a pinch and asked the lady for assistance, the lady groaned and moaned and acted like it was the worst thing in the world that my wife couldnt figure it out. This is just horrible. These folks need addressed. We will never return to that location.

Absolutely the best and easiest to work with. Always helpful and friendly in and out quickly!! Love that they participate in the no box or bag needed if offered by Amazon! Check your QR code to be sure .. they make returns so easy and painless!

My wife and I purchased some precious, irreplaceable, antiques from the local area, which we needed to ship home because we could not take them on the airplane.Thus, we travelled to one of the only UPS locations open on Sunday, and at first we felt comforted this UPS store would do a professional job because it was clean, well-lit, well-organized, few patrons waiting in line and a seeming friendly professional behind the counter.HOWEVERWhen we received our packages, which we paid for them to wrap and ship, the employee had obviously come to the end of his shift, shrugged his shoulders, and tossed the remaining items into the packaging - again, which we PAID for - without wrapping them because the precious pottery and glass was broken.The employee literally placed pottery and glass on top of one another at the bottom of the box with NO wrapping and it arrived broken.Fortunately, we had insurance, however, it CANNOT replace the broken, handmade items.We were incredibly disappointed that someone would take something we asked him personally to PLEASE take care of these items - to which he agreed.I guess this is where we are in this country - people simply do not care.Think about this next time you get on an airplane, about all of the little pieces needed to arrive safely people like the employee at this UPS store are supposed to maintain.

Shipped an expensive embroidery machine. I paid $45 to have the employee package my item and it still got broken during shipment. Not fully sure if it was just that badly mishandled or if it was packaged incorrectly but from what the receiver said, the item didn’t seem to be packaged sufficiently. Regardless, UPS is at fault but refuses to take responsibility and reimburse me for the lost value and sale of my item. Overall a very disappointing experience and won’t be shipping anything of this value through UPS again.

Dropped off a UPS return at this location. Person provided a receipt but the box itself was never scanned. Tracking indicates UPS never received it even with the receipt. Contacted the store by e-mail numerous times, and they do not reply. When I called, they claimed I have to go thru UPS customer service, who just claim the box was never received. Horrible customer service and would not recommend.

Great place to do business with. Dhaval is particularly helpful. Clean, efficient and well run operation. I highly recommend this store.

Would give zero stars if I could. Very rude employees. After I finally had to speak to employee to get his attention, he charged me stupid high amount for b&w copies. Asked where prices are posted & was advised they don’t do that. Be careful if you decide to use services here. I will take the extra 10 minute drive to Staples moving forward. Normally I support small business first but won’t be coming here again.

Very good customer service help me out with Amazon. Return didn’t charge me for a packing envelope… Will definitely use this store again.

Decent place for a ups Store. Half pharmacy and half ups store. Nice employees. This is the spot if you don’t want to drive further. Decent amount of parking space. Not bad would recommend to others. This is the smallest ups store i have been to.

Date of visit: Sunday February 5, 2023. I did a quick, in-and-out to return an item back to Amazon. This must be a new business because I can't recall seeing it before. When I lived in the area I always did business directly at the UPS terminal. Very convenient weekend hours. This store stocks all you need for shipping.

Dropped an Amazon item for return. A week later and Amazon still doesn't have it. This place is NO GOOD! DON'T GO HERE! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PACKAGES! OTHER GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE FROM THEIR OWN PEOPLE! NEVER AGAIN!

I don't really recommend this location. The parking lot is tiny with no space to turn around without maneuvering into other spaces while other cars are trying to pull in. My first time here and customer service was rude and shouting at me about the condition of the box. It was in the condition that it was delivered to me yet I was told I had to pay for tape to cover the box corner that was slightly torn or they wouldn't accept it. Take your chances here.

If you have no other option, this location is fine. If you have the choice, you are better off not rolling the dice on if the person behind the counter will have a temper tantrum or not.My packages were swapped (sent to the wrong location) I calmly explained this over the phone to the pharmacy/UPS worker one week later. He was adamant that this was *my fault* and offered no apology, instead yelling at me so loudly that it was audible from across the room. In-person, this same representative was kind and helpful.The holidays are a stressful time for everyone, I understand, but there is no excuse to yell at a paying customer when a mistake has been made.You will see either very positive or very negative comments about customer service at this location--there are multiple representatives who work here.Also, parking is a nightmare. Good luck turning on and off the highway and fitting into a tiny lot.
