Lengthy review but worth reading. If I can give 10 stars I would give 10 stars due to kindness and professionalism and going out of their way to help me. There’s also is part of Masano auto park so I did reviews on both. Needed to have my Mercedes sprinter worked on and called every Mercedes dealer in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey to try to find an opening. Rick at this location went over and beyond to help me and fit me in for this week. I was having a DEF problem with. start lock and they ended up doing a mandatory recall replacement on a part that had to do with both and it actually fix my van without me having to pay for anything. No other location even brought this up to my attention. While I was there getting my van worked on for several hours, every single person in the building attached to the car dealer came over and talked to me and was so kind. Also pet friendly. It was honestly the best experience I could’ve asked for especially when having to deal with such a problem like mine. I will never go anywhere else now. Inside this auto park they also have a car dealer, once a month auction for dealers, they had a Ford truck/van service center and a Mercedes truck/van service center. They offered refreshments and coffee to me the entire time I was there and they was seating area with a TV for waiting guests! Restrooms too of course

These guys are great. The service manager is always willing to help me and provide information related to my Sprinter. They are always polite and willing to go the extra miles to help. Work they do is always professionally done. Prices aren't too crazy given our current conditions.

See photos.PROS:Friendly lady at the service counter. Knowledgeable. Quality service. Time will tell whether the AC will continue to blow cold air. Nice welcome signs. Price was reasonable.CONS:1) PAVING: Needs a re-paving project. Potholes made for challenging navigation through the parking lot. There is at least 100 potholes in and near the Masano complex. All the parking lots and nearby roads need re-paving. I was concerned my Sprinter van might get damaged at the big hump at the entrance, where there are about 20 scrape marks made by trucks. Please flatten this hump.2) TIGHT PARKINGThe truck parking lots are tight; just asking for an accident. My Sprinter camper van is 22 feet long and barely fit in the parking lot. There are better parking lots at Cracker Barrel, where I might spend $100. I spent $1000 and feel there should be more accommodating parking and get rid of the hump and curb, which was black with tire marks.3) MARKSThere are six black scrape marks on the paint. I hand-washed the van the day before the service appointment, and I know there no prior marks on the paint. These marks look like a tree branch was scraped across the entire left side. They should rub out with some effort.4) DELAYSThe appointment was scheduled a month in advance. Took three days because the airbag was not available and had to be ordered.I will raise my review if the owner addresses my concerns.

I needed a last minute alignment and wheel balancing before a big trip on Christmas Eve after other places fell through. They took care of my Ram 2500 and had it all done up and even smelling better in no time. Thanks

Service people not friendly at all it's the second time I was there first was a oil change I told my husband I'm not going back for a oil change. this time it was a noise in the heating switch which it's still under warranty. I have worked my whole life in Customer service and never treated anyone like I was treated. Bad Customer service PEOPLE. I wasn't even acknowledged when I came in. Waited till the lady was done with someone else, not even Hi how may I help you, it was what are you here for......????
